Samsung registers 50% jump in revenue over robust server chips, mobile sales

Samsung, the world's largest memory chip and mobile phone maker said its operating profit rose more than 50 per cent to $11.1 billion (year-over-year) in a regulatory filing, reports Yonhap News Agency.
