Job Overview: 21+ Years of Age Exclusively
Primary Purpose of Role:
Maintain integrity and cleanliness of tanks, hoses, various peripherals.
Cider and ingredient blending during canning operations.
Daily sensory analysis on our product during every step of the process.
Day to Day Duties:
Effective communication with all other members of the team
Set up and operate liquid flow paths for operation and CIPs
Filtration of completed cider fermentations
Following all company SOP's.
Canning / Cidery Operations:
Ensuring that all products meet the set quality specifications
Follow all requirements of our food safety policy and other statutory regulations
Bring up any and all issues to management as soon as they are discovered and help address
