School jobs case: Calcutta HC orders transfer of CBI judge, law minister summoned, seeks more time

Ghatak reached the High Court within 25 minutes of the order being issued (around 4:30 pm), highlighted his “ill-health” and sought time to implement the order. Justice Gangopadhyay allowed the state law minister to implement the transfer by October 6.
