The second of two related Shoreline apartment projects, facing across the same intersection, has broken ground at 18004 Midvale Ave. N. GenCap Construction announced that it's building the six-story, 215-unit project. A recent site visit confirmed that the old Sherwood Court and other structures have been razed, and the corner is now ringed with construction fencing. The crane hasn't gone up yet.
