Shea Properties has two related apartment projects planned in Shoreline. The north project, at 18815 Aurora Ave. N., emerged not long after Shea paid about $9.5 million in late 2019 for the nearly 1.8-acre Drager's Classics property. The plan there, with Ankrom Moisan Architects and general contractor Rush Commercial, is 315 units in a seven-story building. Rush calls that Phase I, which was designed to meet LEED Platinum certification. That's now under construction. Elk Heights is doing the excavation; no crane is up yet.
