Lawyer Le Xuan Loc, director in charge of intellectual property at T&G Law Firm, said that if students fail to understand and respect IP rights, they would not be able to be come innovators or talented entrepreneurs. According to Dr. Duong Kim Anh, vice director of the Vietnam Women Academy, young people need to pay attention to promoting reading culture of individuals, families, schools and communities. She also emphasised the necessity to develop reading culture, enhance investment in libraries, and include reading lessons and discussions on books into the education programme at all levels./.
