Sex offender landed job at Ministry of Social Development, after leaving previous jobs accused of rape and harassment

Dean Brosnahan was accused of sexual harassment while working for Corrections. Afterward he used his position finding a home for a vulnerable tenant to sexually offend against her. Then, the Ministry of Social Development hired him.
