Snow hampers rescue operations in central Japan quake-hit areas

Rescuers brave snow and rain as they continue to search for hundreds of people who remain missing following a magnitude-7.6 quake that hit the Noto Peninsula in central Japan on New Year's Day, leaving over 160 dead.
