SINGAPORE (Nov 4): AmFraser has started coverage on Soilbuild Business Space REIT with a "buy" rating and price target of 95 cents, based on a dividend discount model. Despite its short operating history, the Singapore-based industrial REIT has unveiled three acquisitions since March involving properties with long master leases and which offer net property income yields of 6.6% to 8%, AmFraser analysts Wong Hong Wei and Wilson Liew said in a note today.
