The proposed 22nd amendment to Sri Lanka’s constitution needs only 150 votes to be passed in parliament and a majority of the ruling Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) support the existing draft of the amendment, Justice Minister Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe said.
