ST Engineering teams up with Google Cloud
Singapore’s ST Engineering and Google Cloud will explore offering secure cloud services for organisations in regulated industries

ST Engineering is partnering with Google Cloud to develop secure cloud services for Singapore-based organisations in regulated industries with strict security and privacy requirements.
Both companies said they will explore offering cloud solutions that will let organisations run sensitive workloads locally on ST Engineering’s secure cloud, while taking advantage of Google Cloud’s infrastructure, software, data and security services.
It is uncertain what form these services might take, though ST Engineering said moving applications or services to its secure cloud will enable financial services companies, for example, to reduce the time it takes to deliver innovation while ensuring services are secure and compliant by design.
