NATO points to Slovenia's difficulties in achieving defence capability goals
Ljubljana, 18 December - NATO's review of Slovenia's defence capability highlights unacceptable constant delays in achieving some of the goals, chiefly in defence spending, the Slovenian Defence Ministry says on its website.
