Stringent action against officials who do not implement health schemes: Minister Sapam Ranjan

Addressing a breast cancer awareness and workshop held under the theme Together We Rise’ on Tuesday in Imphal, the health minister said that breast cancer is a burning issue globally as well as in Manipur. However, due to lack of awareness, many come for treatment only at the last stage.
