Villas continue to be the dominant preference driver in the homestays, alternative accommodation category experiencing significant growth this summer, said MakeMyTrip co-founder and group CEO Rajesh Magow. "Leading the surge are prime leisure destinations such as Ooty, Lonavala, Coorg and Mahabaleshwar. Goa is experiencing the maximum growth in villa bookings closely followed by Alibaug and Kodaikanal," he added.
