Sunil Munjal to exit from Hero Motocorp as Joint Managing Director

Joint Managing Director, Sunil Kant Munjal, is to leave Hero MotoCorp as part of a family settlement agreement. The 'Family Group', comprising of Santosh Munjal, Renu Munjal, Suman Kant Munjal and Pawan Munjal, will handle the control and management of the company after his departure.
