Suspect in alleged knife attack at Lowell House Men's Recovery Home deemed dangerous, held without bail

LOWELL — There is no clear evidence that Brian Kobs was the primary aggressor during the alleged knife attack on Feb. 15 at the Lowell House Men's Recovery Home in Tewksbury, according to Kobs' attorney, Larry Colby.
