Taekwondo instructor in Hanover who sexually abused 14-year-old student to serve 11 years in prison

Steve Choi, a West Friendship resident who owns a taekwondo studio in Hanover, was sentenced to 11 years in prison last month after having a sexually exploitative relationship with a 14-year-old student.
