Polling for the Telangana Legislative Council by-election in the Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda Graduates' constituency began on Monday. The election follows the resignation of BRS MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy. Major candidates include Teenmar Mallanna (Congress), Premender Reddy (BJP), and Rakesh Reddy (BRS). Over 4.63 lakh graduates will vote, with results on June 5.
