Tesco buy-out of Joyce's supermarkets gets all clear

THE Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has cleared, subject to a number of legally binding commitments, the proposed acquisition by Tesco Ireland Limited of the Headford-based Joyce’s group of supermarkets.
