I am unable to log in to the Telegraph app as it says my account is inactive
This guide will outline the steps you can take to resolve an error message where the Telegraph app tells you that your account is inactive

If you’re having trouble logging in on the Telegraph app because it says your account is inactive, please try the following:
Check what’s included in your subscription. The Telegraph app is part of an All Digital Access and Print Complete subscription.
Check you are logged in with the correct account information. You can log in using either your email address and password or your TS number and postcode if you are a Print Complete subscriber. Your TS number can be found under ‘My Account’ on the Telegraph website or on your print vouchers. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, find our helpful guide to logging in here.
