The Pursuit Of Love's Emily Beecham is 'excited' for the public to watch racy miniseries

All eyes were on The Pursuit of Love long before it started airing, after co-stars Lily James and Dominic West sparked headlines with their post-production trip to Rome.
And Emily Beecham, who portrays Fanny Logan in the currently-airing BBC romantic miniseries, has revealed that she's excited for viewers to watch the adaptation of the 1945 Nancy Mitford novel as it will afford them 'compelling escapism'. 
In a new interview with Rollacoaster, the actress, 36, said: 'I think The Pursuit of Love will be actually the tonic that people need right now. It is a complete departure from our time into the war period, which makes it really compelling escapism.
