BERNARDSTON — Letters dropped in the magical mailbox in Cushman Park this December will be sent directly to the North Pole, with Santa writing back to many of the local children.
The mailbox has been set up each year since 2016 by the Bernardston Kiwanis Club, though organizer Tom Mann said the club was unable to do so in 2019 because special projects and expenses depleted their yearly budget. This year, the mailbox is back for local children to ship their letters off to Santa.
