Tim Prevost sealed the deal on the tennis court with a victory on Sunday evening, capturing the men’s title in the Beacon Classic sponsored by West County Cider in Greenfield.
Prevost scored a 6-3, 6-4 win over Petru Cojocaru to capture the championship.
In the inaugural women's division contested Saturday afternoon, Suzanne Bauer was the victor with a win over Eugenia Cojocaru.
