Great sad­ness per­vad­ed the rul­ing Peo­ple's Na­tion­al Move­ment (PNM) and oth­er sec­tors fol­low­ing the sud­den death yes­ter­day of Min­is­ter of En­er­gy and En­er­gy In­dus­tries Franklin Khan.
Prime Min­is­ter Dr Kei­th Row­ley and oth­ers yes­ter­day paid high trib­ute to Khan, who died at his Mo­ka Heights, Mar­aval home. The Gov­ern­ment and the rul­ing par­ty an­nounced his death.
