Timer with Ammonium Nitrate used in IED recovered from Delhi's Ghazipur: NSG report

In its report to the Delhi Police, the NSG has said that a timer device with Ammonium Nitrate and RDX was used in the IED recovered from Delhi's Ghazipur Flower Market on January 14.
