Top leadership questionable, but shopping locally has proven perks

Over the last several weeks, friends have asked me, mostly during grocery store visits, when my column is going to return. It is not that I have intentionally stopped writing, it is just that I have not been compelled to strike a keyboard for the purpose of speaking my mind lately.
