TRAI directives help 'significantly' reduce pesky calls, messages: Sinch India MD, ET Telecom

Telecom Regulatory Authority Of India: Minister of State for Communications Devusinh Chauhan told the Rajya Sabha in February 2024 that TRAI has levied a financial disincentive of Rs 110 crore on telcos as per the provisions of Telecom Commercial Communication Customer Preference Regulation (TCCCPR), 2018.
