Trai's revised service quality norms to focus on fair treatment of localities, ET Telecom

"Based on complaints coming from specific areas continually, there should be a non-discriminatory treatment to all regions of an LSA (licensed service area) or a state," a senior Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) official told ETTelecom.
