Another Company Drops the hammer on him. One of the most revialed and compelling figures in Business Today according to forbes magazine. Star wars living up to billing after a blockbuster weekend. Weve got the numbers disney was hoping to see and the exciting, basically plan that disney has in the works, thats coming up. You know about the amazing beauty shots that you take with drones in real estate, could be harder to come byes as the faa institutes new rules of drones into effect. Less than an hour to the closing bell. Lets start the countdown. Liz all right, lets take a look at volatility index. This is the ekg for the markets. This shows you what has been going on over the last month. 25 years of vix performance in december. Its usually a placid, serene month for december, but this month we are at historic chops at the market. In other words, the fear gauge is trading as high as nearly 27, even though the markets are set to snap the twoday losing streak. Looks like santa claus is not coming to town with a rally this year. We have a ways to go before we see dow 18,000, and see today that 9 out of the 10 sectors of the s p 500 are up today, energy again the only laggard. Lets take another check on the dow. It is down around 36 points. A lot of green on the screen right there. Youre going to see basically ge and ibm in the red, also exxonmobil. We want to take it right to the floor show. The traders that you would want to hear from at the new york stock exchange, the cme group and the nymex. Weve got Stephen Guilfoyle at the nyse, at the cme dan and rob at the nymex. Stephen, to you first. What are you hearing on the floor . People are nervous. Remember all this talk about dow 18,000. Not seeing it right now. No, no. This is a very disappointing day for traders. I mean a lot of guys felt we might see juice today, a little bounceback off of oversold condition. How oversold were we really if this is all we get off of two highvolume days like that . A technical day on low volume today. Liz yeah, dan, heres the thing, we talk to people in the markets about whats going on with the forecast, the dow 18,000. If you strip out energy, we would have hit it, what do you think . That very well maybe the case, and theres a lot of fear surrounding energy. If youre a trader, the energy trade is great. If youre an investor, dont worry about it. Important to remember that oil demand is still up but supply is there. This isnt 2009. What were seeing as the previous guest said there is uncertainty that isnt necessarily oil related. Were going to need the to see data to see whether or not were on track. Thats the big indicator. Liz rob, dan made a really important point. The other thing impacting oil is Deutsche Bank is saying the dollar has two more years of a bull run. That means oil will go down, oil is priced in dollars. We havent seen what is going on in oil for a really long time. Saudi arabia and iran are going toetotoe in the oil markets. What do you think . I definitely agree with you. Something that dan brought up is talking about where the economic numbers are laying out. With the strength in the u. S. Dollar seriously pushing down the price of oil and thats going to continue. The supply issues, theres a tremendous amount of supply right now. You have not seen that cut from the last thanksgiving when opec led by saudi arabia said they were going to try to increase supply to weed out the weaker hands in regards to oil companies. Havent seen that right now. Thats why you are seeing oil continue to go lower. The economic numbers have to improve if you want to see oil trade higher. Liz stephen, rod made a good point about oil. Ever since the opec beating, tumultuous and cantankerrous, oil down 18 . Were talking about data out of the chicago fed, the atlanta fed. Economy looking at below 2 growth, and stock market looking rich over a third higher than the average in terms of price earnings. The markets, the stocks are trading in the s p 500 nearly 31 higher than usually have over the last 40 years, i would say. Yeah, and well get a look at gdp tomorrow wont we. See if were at 2 or not. This market, the valuations are high, where else are you going to put your money in these times . Thats what saved us a few times here and keeping us above 2,000 on the s p 500. Can we get that santa claus rally . I dont know but Im Still Holding out hope. You know, were heading into the end of the year, guys. Tell me if im wrong, dan, rod, tell me if im wrong. The only four sectors up to date, consumer discretionary, and Consumer Health care, am i right . That is really an outlier, you only have three sectors. Liz thank you guys. We have the ateam. Those are the guys up to the listen to. Well, the week is not off to a good start for embattled expharmaceo martin shkreli. After the alleged fraudster complained to the wall street journal he had been targeted by authorities for drug price hikes and because of his personal persona, pretty outrageous on social media, now another company he headed has given him the boot as ceo. The 32yearold shkreli resigns from Turing Pharmaceuticals last week. Heres the news, they pushed him out the door as ceo. It is a microcap stock, a market valuation of less than 100 million bucks, but stock in a trading halt. It has not traded since shkrelis arrest last week. Weve got matt kaiser, a topnotch white collar defense attorney who represented everyone from drug dealers to political appointees in federal corruption probes, here in a fox business exclusive. Where do you see this going for mr. Shkreli, matt . I dont see it going any place great. Hes going to have to answer to the new federal charges and, of course the guy is going to get fired from any position hes got right now. I think whats going to happen, is a slow drip of more information as the government lays out its case, its going look bad for him. Liz heres the thing, what he is now saying to the wall street journal and i think you read the story too that basically he was a target, when he started hiking drug prices, thats when he became a target. The thing is the sec and Law Enforcement is saying the fraud started in 2009. So is he essentially saying i wouldnt have been caught conducting my alleged fraud if i didnt hike drug prices . I dont get his argument . I think thats what hes saying, hes way off base. The investigation started in 2012, thats when he started talking to the sec when lawyers started talking to the department of justice. I think that the drug price stuff. The wutang clan album, that may have come into alter a judgment call on the margins here or there. Maybe he wouldnt have gotten arrested. Maybe they would have let him turn himself in, if it werent for all the publicity and the fame hes got now. No, i think this investigation is going before he jacked up the drug prices, i think that investigation was going to keep going regardless of his new celebrity. Liz retrofin, his former company sued him for alleged fraud and treating the company, and also treated essentialingly the Hedge Fund Like personal piggy bank. When you watch mr. Shkreli in action, its like the Rod Blagojevich strategy where, you keep talking and hope anything sticks and its a distraction, he paints himself as a victim. That didnt work for blagojevich. Will it work for shkreli now . It is a highrisk strategy. I cant think of a time when that did work for somebody. If he were my client, not what i would be suggesting he do right now. You look at guy, hes his own person. Im not sure any lawyer could sit on him and get him to stop talking or Live Streaming himself playing chess. Liz matt, what would you tell mr. Shkreli to do now . Stop talking, shut down social media. Not go on the internet and talk to anyone and sit down and have a hard conversation with me about the charges and the evidence theyve got so we can try this the only place it belongs, in a court. Liz thank you, matt kaiser, sharp information, so appreciative you joined us today. Top white collar criminal lawyer, matt kaiser. Coming up next, disney is banking on the force, may the force be with you, as star wars blasts its way to Record Box Office numbers around the world. Not a lot of conviction in the markets today. Some of the buyers are coming in even though it looks like the market Traffic Signals are flashing technical yellow lights. Going to talk about that in a moment. Up next, weve got uncle carl icahn, hes ready for another fight. The billionaire activist investor is oneupping bridgestones offer to buy auto retailer pep boys. The activist investor offered to buy the company for 16. 50 per share in cash and that beads 15. 50 offer from bridgestone. We have breaking news, u. S. Officials confirming just over an hour ago that six american soldiers were killed today in that deadly attack in afghanistan. One of the deadliest days of the year for the u. S. Military in that country. The soldiers were killed in what appears to be a Suicide Attack north of kabul. Three other soldiers also wounded. The number of american troops and civilians killed in afghanistan this year rising to 20. Were going to have much more on the story as it develops. More breaking news, the man accuse of buying the two rifles used in the massacre in San Bernardino earlier this month. He is in court today. 24yearold Enrique Marquez was charged last week with conspiring to provide Material Support to terrorists among other offenses. Weve got one of the best reporters down there, at the scene, we have fox news will carr, he is live from the u. S. District courthouse in riverside california. Hes got the latest news on this hearing. Will . Reporter liz, just in the past couple of minutes, a judge denied bond for Enrique Marquez, stating he believes marquez is a danger to this community. Marquez in court appeared to be fairly calm. He was wearing a white jumpsuit. He had his wrist and ankles shackled. He had glasses on. Looked like he hadnt shaved in a couple days but had hair neatly combed. Seemed neatly put together, far different from the day after the shooting, when he called 911, saying he was suicidal. He showed up at a hospital and said he guzzled nine beers and wound up in a psychiatric ward. Authorities say it was marquez who bought the ar15 that syed farook and Tashfeen Malik used in the San Bernardino shooting. Those who know marquez say he was quiet, he was responsible, that he kept to himself. Others say he spoke about sleeper cells. They thought he was joking. If hes convicted of the three federal charges, he could face up to 35 years in federal prison. It comes as the community continues to celebrate the lives lost over the weekend. Sierra clayborn, Nicholas Thalasinos and Michael Wetzel all laid to rest, three of the 14 victims all gunned down in the senseless tragedy. Liz thoughts and prayers are still with the San Bernardino victims of this terrible massacre. Thank you, will, great reporting there. Reporter absolutely. Liz disney is cleaning up on star wars with Record Box Office numbers. Theres another controversy, a new controversy related to the film. Harrison ford is set to make millions. Star wars the force awakens, it is a worldwide cultural phenomenon. It has taken the galaxy by storm, toppling prior box office records, taking in nearly 250 million bucks over the weekend, and more than 528 million worldwide. It is on pace to match what Goldman Sachs is predicting for this movie. Nearly 2 billion in worldwide sales. It is a good thing disney is raking in the money. The latest Company Coming out of the movie. The company paid a sky high salary for Harrison Ford to return to the galaxy far, far away, according to a new report, ford can make up to, get this, 44 million bucks for repricing role as han solo. This is unconfirmed. According to a media report. However, this is reportedly 56 times more than the 450,000 flat fee that leading actors in the film john boyega and disney got, much higher than the 1. 5 million to Carrey Fisher to return to the franchise. What else does disney have in the pipeline . Harrison ford could be reprising one of his famous other roles in the near future. Were talking Indiana Jones. According to lucasfilms president kathleen kennedy, both ford and Steven Spielberg want to do Indiana Jones part 5. The studio is looking to go ahead with it, but right now, the focus is still on star wars. Were going to check shares of disney down nearly 2 right now. Next up, while star wars gives a view how drones may be used one day in a galaxy far, far away. Here on earth drone use getting much more difficult. Drone owners must register drones on a government website run by the faa. Current drone owners have two months to register while new owners have to register they will be fined if they dont do it. Joining us is a man who represents the Small Uav Coalition representing the drone industry. Thank you for joining us. Thanks for having me. Liz so the government fines big enough to induce people to register drones or blow it off if they dont get caught . The answer is most people that are aware of the registration will likely do it. I think one of the issues that we have is that many consumers are not aware of the fact that they are actually going to be forced to register their drone, and that is a weight of about a little over a half pound. So its a very small unit. There is some question whether its a toy or a drone, i think the fines are less concern to consumers than just the public awareness, but we know that the faas site went up just moments ago and people are beginning to register. Liz heres thing, people are scare about drones flying into the path of jet airliners, you heard it. Pilots had 660 sightings in the first nine months of this year. Some people look at rules with disbelief and possibly fear saying you know what in the fines of a 5 Registration Fee and face a fine of up to 27,500 for civil violations. That may not be stiff enough given the risks here . I would say this, the points you make is one that is controversial. There are a number of issues that have faced manned aircraft. There are also a number of, in the millions of drones that are in circulation now and soon to be more. And some of the studies coming out especially from the faa while somewhere clear nearmisses and close calls, a small percentage of the ones reported are five miles within an airport. Liz even one of them, michael, im grateful you are on the show. Of course, happy to be here. Liz of course the thought of getting it caught in a jet engine and causes a crash scares people. Rightfully so. Thats why you take measures as the one today. These are measures that are to enhance safety and accountability, and i would say just as an aside, this is technology that is being used widespread throughout the world. The u. S. Is far behind other nations in terms of the use cases, the efficiencies that are being created and how effective Drone Technology can be within various economies. We have a long way to go. Liz michael is the gentleman you want to listen, to the top expert on drone usage. Hes a senior adviser, a lawyer, thank you for joining us, Merry Christmas. To you, happy holidays. Liz thank you. Apple, little bruised. Stock in bear market territory clawing its way out a little bit. Ceo tim cook on the defensive over its overseas tax bills, and encryption. Why tim cook says washington, d. C. Is the problem, not apple. And the 2016 republican president ial field got one less contender today after South Carolina senator Lindsey Graham says it is time to go. Weve got two former senators joining us next on countdown with their predictions whos next. Today im suspending my campaign for president. I want to thank everyone whos taken this journey with me. Liz welcome back. The closing bell ringing in less than 28 minutes. Weve got breaking news. The cdc is investigating another more recent e. Coli outbreak related to chipotle. Five more people in kansas, north dakota and oklahoma have reported getting sick after eating at chipotle. One more ill person reported in pennsylvania. It is being investigated as a new strand. May not be related to chipotle, but the stock is under pressure, down more than 3 . If these cases bear out and this is another outbreak, that means chipotle is having problems in a quarter of the states in this country. Weve also got Bad News Bears for apple. The maker of the ipad officially in bear territory today. Falling over 20 from its recent high of 133. This basically has erased nearly 160 billion bucks in shareholder wealth. Its about a years worth of gains wiped out to give it perspective. This drop is bigger than a big chunk of the Companies Listed in the s p 500. Ill tell you something, viewers, watch this on apple for more perspective. Basically if apple ends down, it will be the third time since the dot com crisis and the second time since the iphone was introduced in 2007. Taking a hard look at apple right now. Apple is taking a beating while it is, the shares are in the market. Ceo tim cook is fighting back against uncle sam. Appearing last night on 60 minutes. Hes calling the notion his company is avoiding taxes on overseas profits as, quote, political crap. He instead is blaming the tax code saying its outdated, needs to change, peter barnes in d. C. With the political fallout. Peter . Reporter tim cook says his company is paying fair share of taxes in the u. S. And around the world. As you recall two years ago, a Senate Investigation subcommittee charged that apple gamed the International Tax system, which it claimed help the company avoid paying 9 billion in u. S. Taxes in 2012 alone by using a strategy involving three offshore divisions. Cook told charlie rose on 60 minutes last night that the company did nothing illegal. We pay more taxes in this country than anyone. Well, they know that and you should because of how much money you make. I dont deny that. We happily pay it. You probably have more money overseas than any american company. We do, as i said before two, thirds of our business is over here. Why dont you bring it home . Id love to. Why dont you . It would cost me 40 to bring it home, i dont think thats a reasonable thing to do. Reporter apple parked 181 billion in profits offshore and would own estimated 9 billion in taxes if it tried to bring the money back to the u. S. On varney we were wondering, charlie rose, i wanted him to ask tim cook at what rate would you bring the money back into the united states. 15, 20, 10 . Those are some of the proposals, repatriation, a break for bringing all that money home, but we didnt hear from him directly on that. He wouldnt pick a number but says he favors tax reform and favored it for a long time. Liz cheapest form of stimulus. Bringing it back home. Merry christmas to you. To you, too. Senator Lindsey Graham giving an early Christmas Present to donald trump. Today, mr. Graham, senator graham announcing he is suspending his campaign. Foreign policy was senator grahams cornerstone and he is an expert on that. He did say hes much more optimistic in the leadership of his fellow gop candidates when it comes to the war on isis. Take a listen. Im far more confident today our party will reject the baem doctrine of leading from behind and provide the strong leadership America Needs to restore our military and take the fight to our enemies. Liz im joined now by senator George Lemieux, he is a former republican senator from florida and evan bayh, former democratic senator and governor from indiana, also a fox news contributor. What did you make of the comments there, mr. Bayh . I think Lindsey Graham is a fine human being. He worked across the aisle as one of those who could cooperate with becomes and republicans, i think his voice will be missed. Frankly, i dont think hell have much of an impact on the race because support in the polls wasnt that high. With regard to isis, i guess my take is good that all of the candidates are talking about getting tough on the terrorists and going after isis. If it was that easy, it would have been done by now. The devils in the details and the details are pretty tough. Liz what do you think, mr. Lemieux . Like evan said, lindsey is a patriot, put the issues of safety and security on the front burner. Thats why he ran to be focused on the issues. When we started talking about isis he advocated putting boots on the ground, the other candidates the Republican Party were saying no, no, we dont need to do that. Because of his leadership he gained a recognition with the other candidates. That in order to defeat isis, we have to have boots on the ground to go with the airstrikes. I think he contributed a lot to the debate. Liz you know to mr. Lemieuxs point here, isis blended into the local population, right . Thats the argument for putting boots on the ground. Im not sure Hillary Clinton would support that . Shes supporting a nofly zone which is beyond what president obama supported, and she was more muscular about going after Bashar Alassad than the president was following assads use of chemical weapons. That said, liz, there may be a difference of opinion boots on the ground. My guess is she favors more arab muslim boots on the Ground Fighting the battle because we cant do it for them. Some special forces to be sure. Thousands of american troops, should draw the line there, and maybe thats the difference with the republicans. Liz george, do you believe Hillary Clinton would be more hawkish than president obama or hawkish enough. I think she certainly would be. She has throughout her career. Would she be Strong Enough on the foreign ols issues . I have doubts based on performance in the saturday night debate where she said we are where we need to be in fighting isis. The nofly zone is a good start but in order to win this war, were going to have to have some of the special forces boots on the ground so that we can see who the folks are that we need to target, like you said, liz, theyre in the cities, it makes it difficult, we know and evan and i served on the Armed Services committee. In order for this to work, we have to have intelligence on the ground who to target and where. Will she be more hawkish than president obama . Thats not hard. Will she go far enough, i dont think so. Liz who do you think has a better Foreign Policy strategy . Hillary clinton or donald trump . I think hillary will have a more subtle effect than the donald. Liz george . I have a hard time agreeing with anything donald trump says, we have a lot of good candidates for president. Liz thank you former senators George Lemieux and evan bayh. Thank you for joining us. Merry christmas. Liz Merry Christmas. Liz we have the debate you dont want to miss. Fox business, the gop debate, the last one was a gigantic hit. Oil breaking below the 36 mark. 35. 83. Havent seen these prices in oil since the last 11 years in 2004. Take a look at this the National Average for regular unleaded gas below 2 bucks a gallon. Inflation adjusted jeff flock, we havent seen that since star wars debuted in 1977. Hes joining us with how consumers impacted at the pump are driven by the price of gas. Reporter theyre saving a lot of money. The sign behind me is the National Average. We found a station that has exactly the National Average in chicago. Take a look at the six month chart, you see how the slow and steady decline of gasoline has been. You need a six year chart to see the National Average get that low, that was march 25, 2009. The last time we were under 2 for a National Average. Consumers saving a lot of money on this. Aaa estimating that the last year alone drivers saved 115 billion. 550 a driver on the price of gas over the course of the past year with. Twothirds of the stations in the nation selling gas below 2 a gallon. Take a look at the map where things are lowest. A lot of states. 29 are below 2 led by oklahoma, South Carolina and kansas. All at 1. 75. How low can it go . Aaa says lower before its done. Liz holy mackerel, people are talking a buck 20, too. Next up, breaking news to you, activist investor Whitney Tilson making headlines last week, announcing he was backing off of allegations that Lumber Liquidators was knowingly selling flooring with formaldehyde and other toxins in it. The news caused the stock to go up more than 20 , but today the stock is down just fractionally. Weve got more breaking news on this. Is the Flooring Company takeover now a target for m a deal . Our very own fox business Senior Correspondent Charlie Gasparino is breaking the news here. Point out the stock began tanking friday, the day after Whitney Tillson said he covered his short because Goldman Sachs said its a sell. This is a problem. Heres what we do know, as im doing this and losing my voice. Company insiders are pressing the bull case on the stock. Part of the bull case is that it will be sold to possibly to a private equity firm. Theyre telling investors the fundamentals are good, but heres the key, we were talking earlier today. The value of this thing, the market share of Lumber Liquidators since the issue came up about flooring being contaminated, big 60 minutes piece tanked drastically. In the 50s, down to where it is today, 16 a share. Tilson doesnt think there was fraud involved. Company saw that as a way to get back in the game and pressing the bull case with investors and one issue that theyre raising with investors is these are people that hold the stock and may hold the stock. Theyre saying that this thing probably is takeover bait at some point, a private equity firm could be buying, thats what theyre saying. Liz charlie, you sent the tweet out at 3 19. The stock fared to pop higher. Off 4 for the day. Started spiking. Look at a chart right now. Its down marginally right now. Liz this Company Still brings in like 40 a share in sales, you know . Interesting thing about the company. Faces regulatory issues. The company right now is telling investors its regulatory issues are manageable. There is, i guess, a case to be made that if we go into a recession, bad for people dont improve homes, this is low cost home improvement. Regulatory issues overblown, take it for what its worth. Fundamentally a strong business, Goldman Sachs disagrees with that. Goldman sachs is the business fundamental problems. They put that in the note. I suggest ever investor who wants to think about buying the stock look at Goldman Sachs note. Most compelling part of pitch to investors is fact that at some point this thing could be bought or really a strong likelihood. Liz whats the market cap . I believe 400 million. Liz million, yeah. It was triple that at one point before 60 minutes came out with the report before Whitney Tilson went after the company. Whitney tilson spent the better part of the year saying it was out and out fraud, the company knowingly sold the product that could cause cancer to consumers. He came out last thursday and said no. I dont believe they knowingly did it. I dont believe there is a fraud here. Liz they were saying the california advisory and environmental board in california said the way to deal with it is open the windows. Im not taking either side of it. You make a good point. Thats a point the company makes. Three reg story agencies, Consumer Product protection agency, the epa and california agency, those three. Now what the Company Thinks is there may be some finding but its likely to be prospective, not going to put the company out of business. Its the bull case. Remember. Thats one side of the story. There is a bear case, look at the Goldman Sachs report on the web. Liz this is one of the biggest business stories in 2015. And you broke it. Thank you, Charlie Gasparino. Next up 2015 was the year of the quote the fang, facebook, netflix, google. Weve got the expert on this coming up. Dont go away. I built my business with passion. But i keep it growing by making every dollar count. Thats why i have the spark cash card from capital one. I earn unlimited 2 cash back on everything i buy for my studio. Were down about 600 points in two days. Liz yeah. At the end of the year, a lot of tax selling, a lot of stuff going on. Anybody thats had anything to do this year has already done it. So im not sure what we had seeing. Now up over 100 points, what are you hearing down there . Well, i think a couple of things. First of all, i think this is liquidity trade. Just mentioned its year end and things are going to move around a little bit more, a little bit more exaggerated than usual. We have a Federal Reserve here thats looking to to want to raise rates into the quarter of next year and while the stock market doesnt want higher rates rapidly, they want gradual. Liz do you really think rate hikes are they going to top it out at is. 38, thats what theyre saying. I dont think any of it is going to happen yet. Youve got to show me the Economic Data that were going to see in the months ahead. Liz okay. The Federal Reserve raise rates at 0 but they are far from raising it to 1 . Liz thank you. Really appreciate you joining us. Well, 2015 was when investors got their fangs out. Were talking about facebook, apple, netflix, and google all reporting solid returns but this is the thing. These are the four horseman of the markets. Can that continue into 2016 . And how should investors play it . Weve got tom, hes Global Trends investment president. Heres the thing. When you strip out those stock markets, the market doesnt look as great; right . Tom. Youre absolutely right. It was the year of the megacaps again just like last year. The fact that small caps and midcaps have been under performing, youve got to believe that theyre going to come back to the mean as we go into 2016. But these four horseman as you say, its really tough to bet against them. Liz heres the thing. Without them, does the market roll over . I dont think so. I mean, first of all, even though we are beginning of a rising rate environment, it really is pro growth. It is pro technology, its going to be one of those years in 2016 w 2016 where you have to pick your spots and technology is going to be one of those growth areas. I dont know about you, but im using facebook, im using google, i was shopping on amazon. Were buying a lot of apple products. If you saw the show last night on 60 minutes, its go, go, go in emerging markets. These are areas that i dont think you can bet against right now. But most importantly, its really tough to pick whos going to be the big winner. Liz yeah, thats true. A way for he investors is pick a index fund like qqqs. Liz right only four sectors are in green year to date, it and health care, you know, those stocks including the banks make up twothirds of the s p. They all have to perform for the s p to go higher; right . Well, they do but, again, as you saw what happened this year in energy, it was devastating. We might see other sectors that will be challenged. So, again, rather than picking the stock, pick the diversified index, and you can with the technology. With the qqqs. Liz okay. I think were going to see midcaps, small caps, get back to that performance where weve seen in the past. Liz all right. Terrific stuff, tom. Etf trends. Com publisher. Thank you so much for joining us. Merry christmas to you and Merry Christmas to the viewers out there. Thats it for countdown to the closing bell im filling in for liz claman,. Even we wont be able to mess up this rally. Thanks a lot, liz, then there were 13, down in the race if on president. Not a surprise but interesting nonetheless. Well talk about whats next also talk about this war of wards, Hillary Clinton says the best recruiter for isis is donald trump. And then of course trump fires back. Demands an apology and the hillary plan literally says hell no. So fun time on the trail today. Absolutely. And america in the dark when it comes to protecting our grids, and by that i mean our power grids. Yes. Iran an hackers have gained access to our critical blueprints but first stocks climbing into the close. Take a look at these numbers, my friends, the dow up 120 points as the bell sounds; is that right . Thats not right. About 123 at the moment. 123, the nasdaq up 44, thats not bad. Maybe santa claus rally here, oil down 3578 so a little trouble there in oil land. Yeah. Oil is really remarkable to see where it is. As we close it up on the monday morning on the markets here in just a bit but first to that political story of the day and senator Lindsey Graham hes out of the race.
