A laundry list in the op ed, tax reform, health care legislation, terrorism, reforming education prices. What will they get to in the first meeting on friday . Well, gerri, everyone should have realistic expectations what ultimately can happen here. Anything that the president s desk you need 60 votes. Which means you need a fair amount of democratic support in the senate. You need the president to sign it. If you winnow things through the through tests they are fairly minor. Good steps in the right direction. Keystone pipeline would be on top of the list. Maybe trade measures. Nothing that is really, truly transformative. Gerri that sounded like mcconnell was pointing to when he spoke yesterday. He seemed to be saying dont expect the world. Well not be able to get everything done. Susan, to you, what do Small Business operators want to see . Gerri, Small Business wants to see two things very critical. Not so much, healthcare. Theyre sending employees to exchanges with under 50 employees. They need relief from government regulation and taxes. Not just Corporate Tax reform. Majority of the Small Businesses are what we call passthrough entities. Right. Which means their income or losses goes over into their personal income tax return, gets taxed at that level. Here is what happens. That isnt going into their pocket. Theyre not running down to cabo and sitting on the beach drinking margaritas. Theyre using money to reinvest in the business as working capital to hire employees. Gerri thats right. Higher tax rates and personal levels they dont have money to do that. Gerri get rich back in here, okay. It is chokehold that is suffocating Small Businesses. Gerri so, rich, to you. All those points are very welltaken but i think both of those things, Regulatory Reform tax reform fall into buckets that republicans should set out agenda on. Should have a vote on the house but try to push through the senate but are not going to get through. Ultimately would serve the purpose of setting out a republican platform that is comprehensive, on all sorts of things affecting Small Businesses and working families and economy generally that become part of a platform for president ial candidate in 2016. But theyre not going to happen in this environment. Gerri susan, how important is it for you go right ahead. No, i was just going to say i agree with. That i think republicans right now need to tread lightly. Cant come out of the gate to aggressive to mess this up. The vote was really against the president and his people, not really for the republicans. They have a big job on their hands, to articulate a clear platform that makes sense to the American People. Gerri we all want a clear platform that makes sense to the American People but, rich, i think what a lot of people want is a better economy. Yeah. The economy is a number one issue and people arent content with it. Because of wage stagnation. Even though the Unemployment Rate is lower Labor Force Participation rate is shockingly low. That is what people want to fix. The republicans will not be able to address a lot but if they set out agenda it will gerri will be interesting. Susan, rich, thanks for coming on. The data breach that happened a few months ago, home depot now says additional 53 email addresses were stolen in that attack. In september home depot said 56 million credit cards and email addresses were likely stolen. This could make home depots data breach much bigger than targets last year. Home depot said criminals used a Third Party Vendors user name and password to break into its network. Again an additional 53 million email addresses have been compromised. Well bring you the very latest as we get it. On to education, will students minimize the College Experience to minimize their debt . That is an offer from some colleges. Cut the tuition costs by getting a degree in three years. We have the founder of turning point usa. Charlie, welcome back to the show. You sort of always been able to do this but now schools are actually cooperating, trying to help students do this. Do you think a lot of people will take advantage of it . Yes, and know. I think its a mixed bag. This is great option r shun for students who know the major is and know direction they cant to get done with school as quickly as possible. This is not a option for people that go to college who like the lifestyle and go into fraternity and go to football games. Think colleges are thinking in the right direction and going through the right process. I dont think theyre addressing the root problem. Threeyear College Degrees would be great if they got rid of geneds. Not accelerated college degree, eliminate half or entire year of college because why should engineering major have to study two or three philosophy credits . Doesnt make at love sense. Colleges make money. Gerri you make an interesting point and when i look at this, i think, why are we conduct the College Experience because we cant afford it . The reason we cant afford it because we have too much, public money, federal money floating college debt. That is the real issue. Why dont we go after that instead of manufacturing some other kind of education . Absolutely. What i think is really interesting there is evidence to show we can have a threeyear degree with less gen eds and effective result. If you look at university of illinois champagne, you can get a fiveyear program and get a, business degree and a undergraduate degree in five years and still graduate with equivalent of really two degrees because they reduce the gen eds entering freshman year. Gerri general education is what youre referring to . Absolutely. The again education lasts youre right. I will close with, students drop out at rapid rates when they cant experience their major right on. Getting a threeyear accelerated course would be able to do that if we get rid of some of the geneds. Gerri general education gened courses not in your major were talking about. Gerri here is my concern, right now, this very minute, were not talking about threeyear degrees. Were talking about sixyear degrees. 60 of College Students take six years to do a fouryear degree. The problem in many ways, isnt that we want to shorten the fouryear experience. These kids are staying for years. I mean absolutely. Gerri one easy way to solve the problem of expensive education so get people to get done with their studying in, and amount of time she should. How do we do that. Right. So we want to give students a purpose and a reason to continue to get their education. You find a lot of kids take five or six years to graduate college because in their early years theyre not studying things that would necessarily interest them as much as their major. And that is what the early classes in your freshman or sophomore year do. When you look at some of these other programs that are able to offer you to get right into your major, lets say youre social work major, get that experience right from the first day of class instead of going through things that are not relevant such as mathematics or philosophy or history. Gerri right. If youre able to script that, you see less dropout rates and students want more and more involved in their College Education and take ownership of it which is something we dont see as much because students take five or six years. I will say the program these colleges are offering, trying to get kids to get college done as quick as possible, work through summer, the problem that will work for the most dedicated students. What about kids taking six years . Theyre not, that is not going to relate to them. We need to offer a flee market solution, with a 2year degree, 3year degree and 4year degree and lets see how employers react to that. Gerri charlie, very interesting. Thanks for coming on. Thank you very much. Gerri when we come back, House Speaker john boehner is promising action on Keystone Pipeline the well have reaction. This Holiday Season is less likely the gifts will arrive on a sleigh as amazon enlists help of taxis. Well see that coming up gerri well some good news on the jobs front today. Adp montheport was stronger than expected but tomorrows report from the Labor Department that economists will focus on most. With more on this, steve moore, chief economist for the heritage foundation. Welcome back to the show. Thank you. Gerri 230,000 for adp, that is pretty darn good. Not great. But its a food number. I said on your show for many weeks i do think the economy shifted into a little bit of a higher gear. Were out of the 2 rut and may be up to three. Three is not anything to uncork champagne bottles but feels a lot better than what weve had. I feel this change in leadership in washington and congress will be somewhat bullish but not excessively so. Gerri friday is the big jobs report. Yes. Gerri consensus expectations 231,000. Not quite as good as the previous report. Were chegging along. Hold on can i Say Something about that . Gerri yes. We shouldnt, why do we use the Unemployment Rate number anymore . Hasnt become almost meaningless . Because you have so many people out of workforce. I used to be slavish to the Unemployment Rate no matter what happened to it. Gerri it was first thing you talk about. It has become meaningless. Real Unemployment Rate is closer to 8 or 9 because we have some people that quit working. I think American People by the way laugh at these numbers too. You were asking me off air, why is it even with the improvement weve seen in the economy people are not feeling better about it . It may be gerri, were not measuring the right things. Dont know from the federal government how many people are underemployed. How many people have a phd in god knows what and theyre a barista at starbucks. You dont know the number. It is not inconsequential. This economic anxiety is a wet blanket over the economy. That came shining through on election night. Theyre anxious and worried, almost excessively so i think given i think where the economy is where i things have picked up. Gerri i dont think they trust it. They saw what happened in the first quarter. We went negative. Exactly. You mentioned that regular americans, middle class americans feel like the world is topsyturvy and not going well and they cant trust the numbers but what about wall street . Hear paul singer. I know paul. Gerri Famous Hedge Fund manager had to say recently. Nobody can predict how long governments get away with fake growth, fake money, fake jobs, fake Financial Stability and fake Inflation Numbers and fake income growth. Wall street doesnt believe it either, steve. I think that is the concern among people on wall street and people, just out there on main street. There is a sense out there that the economy is built on sand right now. That it is built on this huge, immense, six, seven trillion dollar increase in debt. A lot of this phony money paul singer is talking about. Gerri were talking about the problem is, we dont know the answer to this gerri. Weve never done this before. We never had 3 to 4 trillion gerri never done this youre talking about the federal reserve, right . We have never, this is unchartered territory and usually it ends badly we know from other countries. But maybe janet yellen can gerri weve seen some of this before though. Because remember, the punchbowl sat there for years and that didnt end so well either. Alan greenspan was the fellow who got in trouble for allowing rates to stay as low as they did for as long as they did and boy, did that bubble burst. A lot of people got hurt. Look, consumers are not stupid, right. Right. Gerri they have seen this movie before and theyre worried it will happen again. Let me Say Something optimistic. Everything you say is true but you know american companies, if you look at their productivity gerri it is impressive. Their profit, they look good. In fact a lot of experts i look at still think stocks are undervalued relative to where their profit streams are. So you know, there is upside to this. If we get those profits, reinvested into the economy, for jobs and machinery gerri that is the disconnect right now. If that happens you could see a big burst of growth. That is the upside. Gerri steve, always nice to have you here. Great to see you, gerri. Got to end on optimistic note. I appreciate that. On to amazon, your next amazon. Com package may just arrive, in a taxi . The ecommerce giant is looking into alternative delivery methods to speed up shipments all in time for the holidays. Here with more is eric shipper, ceo of patriarch equity and digital marketing. Com. I cant believe this, eric. This seems crazy to me. Why is this happening . Why is it so important for amazon to use taxis . Theyre looking for any way in which they can make the Consumer Experience better and look, if you can deliver same day it works. As we know last christmas they had all kind of delivery problems. So theyre constantly creating difficult ways to be able to experiment, to get packages faster, to the consumer, which is great for everyone as a consumer its wonderful. The question can they make money doing it . There are a lot of questions relative to that. Gerri i think what is so interesting about this, Companies Like uber and lyft have created a sort of vacuum for oldfashioned taxis. Made it possible taxis might be available for just this kind of work. And in fact when you scratch the surface of a lot of retailers out there theyre trying to find ways to do same day delivery. All new companies entering the very same arena, doing sameday delivery, one of those little talked about expansions going on under the nose of lots and lots of people. It is and you know, but it has been done many times before. I mean pizza delivery was done with taxis years ago but it didnt make economic sense. Really didnt. Yeah, so what theyre trying to do though is use these applications and to use people that are not getting work and typically in the morning, so they can make it work economically. The question will be can they, you know, will a taxicab by who is typically selfemployed contractor, will they be able to make a living with amazon who is not known to be a good tipper. Gerri not a good tipper. A lot of complaining amazon employees. Theyre rolling this out first in l. A. And san francisco. Those are the test markets. Is this something that could scale in your view . I think it could scale if they can get the economics right. It is still very questionable. I think it will be one of the potential things in amazons arsenal of delivery devices including, as we know, drones. Gerri well i was goes jogue to ask about that. Was going to ask about that. I am glad you brought it up. I refer the coverage amazon got on cbs no less on the deliverying by drones. What happened to that . Where did it go . I think it is still underway. There are experiments with respect to it. I believe you will see it and question is timing and what locales and how they do it logistically and safely for people. And doing iing it with the governments approval. Gerri that is a good point. I notice people who like same day delivery, it is minority. Not everybody who demand same day delivery. Is this something that will take off in a big way, eric . I think that same day delivery is here to stay. That is not going away. The question will be how these Companies Make it economically. Will amazon stick with it . Absolutely. No question. Gerri interesting. They have to. Gerri eric, thanks for coming on. Good stuff. Good to see you. Thank you. Gerri good to see you as well. Gerri illinois is getting ready to drill, baby, drill. Residents have been given allclear on fracking. Here with the latest is fox businesss jeff flock. Jeff . Can you feel the winds of change blowing through illinois . It is pretty amazing. Gerri looks so cold. One day after it is cold out here, i will say that. One day after the new governor gets elected, a republican governor by the name of bruce rauner, who has been on record saying we want to frack here, its a tremendous economic boom. Today a legislative panel at the statehouse gave final approval to new rules that opens the door to fracking. And ill tell you, this could be a tremendous economic boon. Look at number, a study done on this, what this would mean to the state. Could mean as much as 4thousand jobs for a state who truly needs it. Maybe almost 10 billion worth of economic development. Pretty amazing stuff. This isnt pieinthesky stuff. We have history to look at here. If you look at pennsylvania, look at texas jobs generated by fracking in the 40,000 range. State talking about raising taxes because it needs revenue, 47,000 jobs and with salaries that actually, if you look what happened in montana, out there, the bakken shale, and in north dakota, salaries, went up tremendously, 53 between the three years between 2007 and 2011. I will tell you. A lot facing the state right now, gerri. A lot of real Good Economic Development facing the state. Happy times. Gerri i have to tell you, i have to think that people in that industry, my goodness, they must look forward to a lighter touch from washington. There must be celebration there. Are they assumes that those regulatory hoops are just going to go away . Well, no. There are still a lot of regulatory hoops. There are 28 different certifications that somebody has to get before they actually star drilling a well. Guys have been through this before. They know they have to jump through hoops. Talk about economic impact. Each well, here are the numbers, graphic on this as well, 172,000 in mineral taxes, and 1. 3 million per well in royalties for landowners. Great boom for everybody here. Gerri jeff, great to see you. Terrific report. Thank you, gerri. With big ones on tuesday, now give republicans perfect chance to push legislation bottled up for years in the democratic senate, especially the keystone oil pipeline, something we talked a lot about . How will this play out . Joining me robert bryce, senior fellow at manhattan institute. Welcome back to the show. Thank you, gerri. Gerri people are telling me, im hearing from sources that this thing will pass. The keystone has very good chance of not just getting past the house an senate but maybe even the president will sign it too . I think thats likely, gerri. Now it is clear the republicans have already said, Mitch Mcconnell has said they will bring up a vote on keystone. I think president is likely to sign it. Why . Because he can then turn to his environmentalist allies say, look i had no choice. I had to do this. But lets be clear i think the pipeline still for all the delay, i think there is still some headwinds for the pipeline getting built. Gerri what are those . Well i think one of them is cost. Just a couple of days ago transcanada said they estimated cost now, in part due to the delays has increased by 50 . So the pipeline was going to be about 5. 4 billion. Now it is going to be about 8 billion. Further you have additional rail terminal capacity that has been built in western canada and north dakota, about a Million Barrels in western canada, a Million Barrels per day of rail terminal capacity in western canada. Another million two barrels of oil per day rail terminal capacity in north dakota. So remember, keystone xl is 800,000 barrels per day. What has happened is, the Oil Producers found other ways to get their product to market. Gerri Big Questions what would be safer, a pipeline or rail . Well of course the pipeline is vastly, it is cheaper. About half the cost of shipping by rail and far safer. Weve seen a lot of pushback against both railroads and Oil Producers because of railcars loaded with oil. This is battle in terms of how the oil could be moved by rail. That battle is continuing pays. But transcanada is talking about moving some of the oil sands production, via pipeline to eastern canada. So they have other options beside keystone now. Gerri you wait and you wait and you lose the opportunity. The irony here could very well be, according to what youre saying is that the republicans could be successful in passing legislation and still the pipeline wouldnt be built. Its a possibility. Now i havent talked to the people at transcanada. I dont know what their sentiment is now but i thoughtad of transcanada just the other day said, you know the cost of the pipeline has gone up dramatically. That will be higher tariffs for anyone wanting to ship oil on the pipeline. They can compare those costs what they would be paying the railroads, to ship that oil. And also railroads give the shippers more flexibility. The pipeline goes from one point to another point and it doesnt move whereas with the railroads they can have options to ship to different refineries, ship to the gulf coast, even to overseas customers by using rail. I got to ask you this. Sure. Gerri robert, president keeps talking about climate change. Talks about climate rules. Is any of this going to come to fruition last two years of his presidency . That. That is interesting question, gerri. Press secretary josh earnest said on tuesday that obama will go forward regardless of the outcome of midterm elections with his own second i have tiff actions on climate issues, but the epa rules they promulgated in june, clean power plant, 600page rules, that will be litigated. I think with Mitch Mcconnell, from a coalproducing state, that may well be one of the issues they go after with a republican majority in both the house and senate. Gerri long way to go. The only 24 months left. I mean it is hard to believe that is all that is left. It will be interesting to see what can happen. Robert, great to see you. Thanks for helping us. Thanks a million, gerri. Gerri we want to hear from you. Here are some of your emails on another topic we talked a lot about on this show. The ebola crisis. Gerri update for you on the recall scandal rocking general motors. A trial date has been set for car owners alleging losses, injuries and deaths in inanything switch cases of the cases made by consumers after gms bankruptcy will be heard by january 11th 2016, but new controversy surrounding claims made before the gm bankruptcy. We have michael elife as who has been reporting on this exsensitively. Mike, great to see you. Explain to us. I know you follow this intensively. What does gm want from the u. S. Bankruptcy court . What are they asking for . Gm is essentially asking the judge to throw out these lawsuits from owners. These are owners of cars who, they claim that they have lost value on their cars. They own a chevy cobalt or sat urn ion included in this recall, the car mighting worth 5,000 now and think it should be worth 7,000 because of the roll. It is not recall. Gm contention that the terms of 2009 bankruptcy shield them from any liability of cars made before then. Gerri huh. Is there validity to this claim. Undoubtedly if you have a car that is recalled, that dings the value of your car, doesnt it . Yeah, thats right. It will be interesting to see what the judge rules. I mean i think what gm is saying, gm could do this one of twoways. Well just pay these people almost for Public Relations reasons. They have already taken enough heat on this the problem comes in, that there is a legal question here. Gm, if it were just to do that and waive their liability shield, there is people who, they have liability through gerri they do have, assuming that they would have liability to other suits as well . Because the whole recall mess and people who got hurt in that as well, theyre using that same claim in that lawsuit too, right . Well, the problem is the shareholders. Any investor who bought a gm stock or bond since the bankruptcy could turn around and say, hey, we bought these assets knowing that there was this liability shield. And that would go away if, gm could turn around and be sued the very next day if that happened. Gerri well, you know, we talk about old gm and new gm but there would be no new gm if it werent for u. S. Taxpayers. That is one of the very frustrating things for people watching this case. Mary barras gm using this claim, okay you will hide behind this. Were the ones who are making it possible . Thats right. I think what gm has done, they have done a pretty good job on the death and injury cases. They set up the Compensation Fund through kenneth feinberg, the attorney and thats gone well and it helps gm because theyre not, theyre not subject to lawsuits from before the bankruptcy and they can use that compensation process but on the value of the cars thing. It inherently on the face it seems unfair because the postbankruptcy gm, essentially the same company as the prebankruptcy gm. Gerri i know youre aware of this because you cover this all the time but there is Something Like a million recalled cars on the road that have never been fixed and, now gm has been left to sending out 25 coupes response to people to try to coupons to people to get them in. Is this worrying to you . Do we need to be worried out there . You could drive into the face of one of these cars or driving alongside or next to the cars that have been recalled . What gm to say the cars are safe to drive if you take everything off the key chain because that a. I. D. Es weight to the ignition switch. The problem people dont always Pay Attention to those messages. People have a lot of stuff on their key chain. Could be very well people driving these. Im sure a lot of people driving these cars today and theyre at risk of getting injured which is why gm is really going out of its way to reach these owners to get them in and gift card thing is not a big deal. I think it is to get peoples attention. Gm wants these cars fixed for obvious reasons. Gerri lots of facets to this story. Mike, thanks for coming on to talk to us about it. Thanks very much. Its a Major Software virus heading apple phones and computers and expected to get even bigger. Fox businesss jo ling kent has the latest. Gerri, apple has a great reputation of building a fortress of security around its device and operating systems but now personal data on iphones and computers may be up for grabs. Researchers at a cybersecurity firm, palo alto networks, say they discover ad new virus targeting apple users. It is biggest in scale they have seen to date. The Malicious Software is called, wire lurker. It is expected to impact hundreds of thousands of iphone users primarily in china. It is designed to steal data and retext messages on imessage. Wire lurker affected 400 apps made for Apple Computers running os10 in a popular chinese app store. The apps have been downloaded 356,000 times. This is local malware issue in china. We havent seen this kind of thing in the u. S. Most users in the u. S. Download apps through the Apple App Store or google play. In china you have roughly 200 app stores, most of them not run by apple or google. All of them not run by apple and google. It is much more open environment that is not under apples control. I think apple, google will double down on security in the ecosystem in next 12 to 18 months. Here is how it works. Wire lurker downloads to any infected computer with a usb cable. Automatically downloads malicious programs to iphone or ipad that is why it is called wire lurker. Were aware of Malicious Software aimed at users in china and we blocked identified apps to prevent them from launching. Here is how to best protect yourself. Deep the desktop and mobile software completely uptodate. Dont download games and apps from 30 party app stores. Only plug the smartphone into trusted devices like the personal computer. Researchers say that the hackers behind wire lurker, gerri, are planning a cyberattack. So be careful and Pay Attention. Jo, thanks for that. Well, the fitness wars are heating up in the tech industry. More and more companies rolling out new cuttingedge Wearable Technology that tracks everything from your heart rate to the steps you take, even your sleep cycles but are the products worth the money . Were asking luis rincon, ceo of wearables. Com. Im beginning to be a little suspicious right . We have so many entrants into this product category. Is it paying off for these companies . Are people buying these products . Gerri, great to be back. Is it really paying off for these companies . I have seen massive investments were seeing right now is probably indicative it is already paying off or expecting it soon to be paying off. What is going on is real simple. U. S. Consumers look for new ways to connect to their fitness goals and health data. They want technology to help them brands are trying to capitalize. At wearables. Com we released a study showing eight out of 10 Consumers Want to use activity tracker. Go to the youth it is higher than that, nine out of 10. Brands are airwave this. Lately last three or four weeks weve seen flury of devices. You and i both know what is going on there. It is Holiday Season. One out of three of these devices gerri get right down to it, lose weight, fitness goal, keep the weight off. Walk through some of the products here starting with jawbone up three. They have two of them, jawbone up three and jawbone up move. Tell me what you think of those . Sure. These are recently announced. What jawbone i think is doing is really smart. Theyre tackling both ends of the market. Up move is hitting affordable tracker market. 50. First time they release ad tracker around that price point. It is kind of quick and easy. It will hopefully get a lot of people a little more skeptical on it. They want easier barrier to entry. The up3 is cool looking device. More fashionable. Upper end of the spectrum. Nearly 200. Most of these devices are recently new or recently released excuse me,looking to cy season. Gerri microsoft came out with one that has mixed reviews. What do you make of it . Do you like it . I like it. I think mixed reviews neutralled out. Some people are polarized say this is great device. Theyre not expecting this good ui from microsoft. Seeing battery issues and issues with accuracy of this data. Well see more as it plays out. It was announced this week. A little too soon to tell. Im excited to play around with it. Gerri what is ui, im sorry . That means user interface. The way that you interact with the data, the way you interact with the technology. People were not expecting such good results out of microsofts first wearable in that sense. Gerri so what happened to the fitbit people . They really led the way in this category. Oh, yeah. So fitbit, dont say what happened to them. Theyre still the leader when it comes to the general consumer activity tracker. They actually Just Announced three new devices, two of whom you cant get them yet. Theyre coming soon. The other one is the charge. This one is little bit more expensive compared to the other trackers. Again, theyre looking to capitalize on Holiday Season. I think they will go little further up the spectrum to start to trying to tackle more premium users, kind of like up users and microsoft bandwidth. Their surge device which comes out soon. Gerri there is Company Called misfit wearable flash. Tell us about that. Yeah, so misfit wearables i would really say jawbone, fitbit and misfit you want to keep eyeballs on if you want to look at consumer activity market. Theyre doing couple interesting interactive things. They announced a 5 aof affordable tracker, 50 theyre giving away the tracker. If you go to Victoria Secret theyre giving away the tracker. Theyre doing train like an Angel Program right now. It is pretty interesting. Gerri so, i had the jawbone before. It is doing everything. Your sleep, your steps. It really track as lot of different things. Down the road, where are they going to be looking at . What will be the next cool thing we dont look at . Shoe sure. So i think a lot of the devices that we heard of, 800pound gorilla in the conversation is the apple watch which comes out early next year. Well start seeing more and more smart watches come out. More and more smart watchings will act like general activity trackers. You might see them interact with your Health Insurance. There is interesting stuff going on with corporate employee insurance where one day might be subsidized. In our recent study showed one out of three wants to get Lower Health Insurance rates by sharing their activity and health data with the Health Insurance companies and Corporate Wellness programs are taking advantage of this and saving hundreds of thousands of thousand of dollars in reduced claims cost. Gerri getting their brains wrapped around our personal lives in way you never seen before. There is no privacy, is there . Thanks for coming on the show. Great to see you. Great to see you as well, gerri thank you. Gerri well be right back. How much money do you have in your pocket right now . I have 40, 21. Could something that small make an impact on something as big as your retirement . I dont think so. Well if you start putting that towards your retirement every week and let it grow over time, for twenty to thirty years, that retirement challenge might not seem so big after all. Gerri president obamas outreach gets underway when he meets with congressional leaders at the white house. Do you expect obama and congress to finally Work Together . We asked the question, 5 percent of you said yes. 95 percent said no. I have to say, i agree. And finally im up to here with holiday promotions. Up to here. We havent even had thanksgiving and already retailers are talking about christmas promotions. There is no black friday anymore. Jc penney is opening at 5 00 p. M. Kmart at 6 00 a. M. On thanksgiving. I dont want to shop at thanksgiving. I want to watch football. And so do you. Six out of ten americans intensely dislike shopping on thanksgiving. Everything in good time, thats what i say. Thats my 2 cents more. Thats it for tonights willis report. Thanks for joining us. Well see you right back here tomorrow. Charles im Charles Payne and youre watching making money all eyes on washington. Will president obama work with electric and are democrats delusional or in denial or both . Obama still taking credit for he give. The strongest economy in the world and even lower gas prices. Little ridiculous. I guess the g. O. P. Landslide on tuesday wasnt proof enough that americans wants change. Rich. Can we all just get along . We can, charles. Unless someone elects to us congress or the oval office. To offer on energy, changes to the Health Care Law and the overhall of the tax code. Whilpr
