Is pretty remarkable. [cheers and applause] oh, yeah. Thanks for inviting us into your home tonight. Fair, balanced and you up afraid. Special report online right now. The biggest stories all right here a frantic 911 call for the first time you are going to hear the mothers panic stricken cries for help as her son is in the hands of a massive gorilla. A man cheered man beat someone to death with a tire iron and got praise from his neighbors. Its a mustsee story. But right now, new polls just out. And secretary Hillary Clinton with a slim lead nationally over donald trump. Clinton with a 45 of the vote and trump behind with 41 . But, in other polls, it looks like clinton could have trouble even getting the nomination. On the record is taking you inside the numbers. And just a short time ago the pga tour getting blasted for doing something that has donald trump all fired up. Whats that . Sending jobs to mexico. And if that doesnt get him angry, there is more. The pga tour is making it personal. The pga tour is pulling the tournament from the trump durrell and moving that tournament to mexico. They say it isnt political but many people arent buying it. Played last few years at durrell. And now moving to mexico city starting next year. The pga tour is taking their tournament out of miami and moving it to mexico. From a golf standpoint, we have no issues with donald trump. They are moving it to mexico city which, by the way, i hope they have kidnapping insurance. We are going to focus building as good a property as we can the next seven years in mexico city. Radio talk show host and lifezette editor in chief Laura Ingraham goes on the record. Niles to see you, laura. Good to see you. Im such a great golf fan so this is a great segment for me. You cant make this stuff
up. Pga political or coincidental or economical, commercial . Greta, its interesting to read reaction on the internet about this. Because there is currently there this undercurrent of concern that the pga is making a political move here. With political ramifications. In other words, a lot of these sponsors of the pga were getting pressure from Interest Groups, a lot of this is just bubble bling up now. Go somewhere less controversial than the doral. Which was just redesigned with the advice and the consultation of the pga. And this is like a world class facility. Just opened i think it was earlier this year. And architect as a golf course pga approved. Now suddenly donald trump is running for president and we have to high tail it to the golf capital of the world new mexico. They are trying to push golf and market golf more to central america, south america, and mexico, so the pga does have an interest in doing that but its hard to believe that the pga would
be doing this if donald trump was not as controversial as he is. Pga says its not we love trump, love the golf course. But they said the sponsors that they couldnt get the sponsors to support the tournament at the doral. Meaning its the sponsors that have some problem with trump. We have seen this with Corporate America left seven years. Bowing down to left wing pressure you have seen with a variety of issues regarding the lbgt movement and other social issues it doesnt seem like Corporate America really cares what conservative christians think about issues, but they certainly seem to go weak at the knees whether its lora zoo or other special Interest Groups raise a ruckus. The people who have going to look for a reason to be upset at the pga they will find a reason. It seems to me if pga must have known picking mexico was probably just going to do they not have
any maybe how about canada . At least right now because trump has made those remarks. They are feeding trump this stuff or even some place, you know, whats wrong we have a country called appleton, wisconsin, my hometown. Exactly. A wonderful place. I think all this keeps rebounding to trumps benefit. News stories might look like temporary set backs for trump or the trump organization. This feeds his narrative that we have a real problem with big corporations acting like mini governments and they are susceptible to this pressure and usually pressure from the left. And they are just willing to bow down any time to get 15 email from one of these special Interest Groups. It feeds his narrative about mexico. And i think it just makes him look more like a warrior for the regular person. Lack, he has a lot of people employed at doral. A lot of people make money at that golf tournament. And people will continue to make money scotland open up on june 24th heal be in
scotland opening up that golf course which the pga chair just said he really loves that golf course. We will see if the turn bury tournaments get cancelled in the future. Viewers at home now is your big chance to vote on twitter. Is the pgas decision to move the tournament from trumps course in florida to mexico political . Is it political or not . Tweet yes or no using greta. We will show you your live twitter votes throughout the show. All right. Laura, so where does this go from here with trump . He is probably going to go after the pga or is he going to accept what the pga said today . He does a lot of business with them. I wouldnt be surprised that this dropped for a little while. You know, no one is going to tell trump to back off on an issue. When he has something in his sights, he has one mode attack, attack, attack. If i were he i would say let it go. We have a lot of great business interests around the world. We are going to look to bring jobs back to this country. I hope the pga tournament comes pack to doral soon. No chance trump will drop. This spit balls off a battle ship. All these ping, ping, pings coming in he has to ignore it. Thank you. Great to see. You Trump University secretary Hillary Clintons new line of attack on donald trump. On tuesday the federal judge ordered the release of Trump University documents filed in connection with a lawsuit against trump. Some of those documents show staff was encourage to do sign up customers even if they couldnt afford the pricey seminars. Now secretary clinton is on the war path. Trump and his employees took advantage of vulnerable americans, encouraging them to max out their credit cards, empty their retirement savings, destroy their financial futures, all while making promises they knew were false from the beginning. This is just more evidence that donald trump himself is
a fraud. But donald trump, well, he is confident he is going to win this case. I have a judge who is very, very unfair. He knows he is unfair. And i will win the Trump University case. I could settle that case. I could have settled it. I just choose not to. When i ran they said why didnt you settle up that case. I didnt want to settle up that case because you know what . Im a man of principle. Most of the people who took those courses have letters saying they thought it was great, essentially. It was good, it was great. And in testimony also just released, a former Trump University employee said this i believe that Trump University was a fraudulent scheme and that it preyed upon the elderly and uneducated to separate them from their money. A Trump Campaign spokesperson is responding with this statement reading in part much of the unsealed evidence including declarations and surveys from former Trump University students demonstrates the high level of satisfaction. The on the record Political Panel is here from the boston globe matt visor
and from the hill a. B. Stoddard. And is this a vulnerability of donald trump and is Hillary Clinton smart for triggering in on this one. You see the Building Blocks that the Clinton Campaign is trying to do over the next couple months calling trump a fraud and picking up where aruba left off on the con man argument that trump cannot be trusted on a variety of issues. I dont think the Trump University issue itself is damaging for trump, but i think if you build it into a broader narrative it could be. Amy, i think people have pretty much made their decision on donald trump either for or against. And thats why i think that any of this stuff is like has no impact, neither positive nor negative, except for fundraising. When he calls her crooked hillary who is he actually speaking to . Someone on the fence about hillary or just making republicans happy when he calls her crooked when she goes after him as a con man is she going after persuadable voters and change their mind. Maybe they were going to go to trump and this Trump University thing is going to sway them . One thing that makes this interesting and different against tracks or criticisms against trump he doesnt have a record of votes to pick apart. He hasnt been a politician. His record is as a successful businessman. So, if there is any way to chip away at that strength, and turn it into any kind of vulnerability, that would be a problem for him. He is not, you know, like the senators who ran, running around defending the hearings he missed or the votes he took. So that is you dont want your strength to ever become weak. But he is obviously confident he is going to win the case. Even if he is confident he can win the case. I dont know if he is or not. He could have settled it, maybe not. Lots of reasons people take cases to judgment. The problem is here, matt, it is almost like he went a little too far. He said about the federal judge. He said we believe is he a mexican. Is he not. He was born in indiana. It was sort of like that was so gratuitous. Anybody who has practiced law that one if you have
been in the courtroom, that one is really too far. Yeah. And you get the sense trump, there is one strategy in the courtroom in which trump, you know, there is a new report out tonight from u. S. A. Today that he had 3500 cases that he has been involved with. Which is, you know, probably a record for any president ial candidate. Anyone. And but there is a different sort of case in the court of Public Opinion which i think now Hillary Clinton is trying to get him to argue. You see that with hope hicks in her statement about they anticipate to win this case there is unsealed documents that they can use to prove their case in the courtroom. But there is a different matter sort of as people look at this and look at the case itself. He has this whole sort of discussion about unsealed documents in the trump lawsuit and the first thing i think is where are those emails . For every sort of weakness either candidate has the other one has the same problem or similar. I agree with you that i think everyone has made up their minds mostly about those people, right . We talked about the email story as you have either made up your mind that hillary is either too
dishonest to vote for a long time ago or back her for different reasons. Thats what we are going to be watching over these five months. How much county positive or negative number of either of these candidates move on vulnerabilities. How much can their images improve . Probably not. They are both very, very negative favorables. They are very unpopular and toxic. So how much are you really moving votes . Where are these persuadable people . I will tell you where they are, this fall when we have a grown up debate on issues and they are not going to be sitting there slinging insults, thats the independence or the undecideds make up their mind. See them standing next to each other. Who knows maybe they will stand up there and insult each other. Thank you both. Brand new 2016 polls showing just as you might have dispessed conflicted vorts. New quinnipiac polls of registered voters show 49 say donald trump would be more effective in handling isis. Compare that to just 41 who
say Hillary Clinton would be more effective. When asked who would be better to respond to International Crisis, secretary Hillary Clinton is ahead of trump 53 to Donald Trumps 40 . When asked about making the right decisions regarding nuclear weapons, again, it is secretary Hillary Clinton at 55 , trump at 33 . Former Senior Advisor to president george w. Bush karl rove goes on the record. Good evening, sir. Good evening. All right, karl, sort through this stuff with me. What do these polls mean . Have they changed dramatically where they have been for the last couple of months . I think we are pretty well where we have been for a while. Think about, this trump has had very Strong Language on isis. We are going to bomb them back to the stone age. We are going to beat them. This creates a sense of strong leadership and america is going to win. Were going to have a victory. So you can understand why he leads on that question. Its not unusual that Hillary Clinton would lead on the question of who would be better in handling an International Crisis or right ds about nuclear weapons. Because, she is a former secretary of state. She has demonstrated a certain gravitas in that. And so he leads by 8 points on the question of who is going to wipe out isis. She leads by 13 points on the question of handling an International Crisis. And by 12 points on the question of making the right decisions by nuclear weapons. This is all part of a bigger picture. And we dont know whats relative weights of these things among each other. We do know that the race has tightened up a lot and that both of these candidates are pretty close to each other in the polls. All right. We are about 160 days out from the general election. Im assuming it will be clinton who is the nominated Democratic Party and trump on the republican. They both have pretty they are both pretty even on unlikability. What does that mean big picture . Well, they are both in pretty bad shape. But i would point out this. Since sort of the or first of april, Donald Trumps numbers have been improving slightly. Her numbers have been
getting worse slightly. So he has got the trend line going in the right direction. She doesnt. Now, that may be partly because he was, in essence, coming to the end of his own primary contest. But if i were in the clinton camp, i would be worried about her numbers getting worse while his are getting slightly better. And i would be looking for ways to keep, you know, to stop his improvement, modest as it is, and find ways to give her, you know, bend the arc in her direction. It may actually bend after the 14th of june or 7th of june, final primary for the democrats is in d. C. For the democrats on the 14th. At that point it may begin to bend a little bit. If i were in the clinton camp i would be worried about what has been naturally occurring the last five or six weeks than to her and to him in going in contrary directions. Well, next tuesday is a big night. New jersey and california. And were going to travel to one of them. Anyway, thats a big secret. I wont tell you where. Karl, thank you. And this is a fox news alert. Deadly gunfire in one the nations Biggest College campuses. Chaos and violence at ucla and a suspected murdersuicide. I was walking by the Engineering Building and i saw everyone running out. I thought it was like a Scavenger Hunt but it obviously wasnt. At first i was shocked and then i was then oh my god calling all my friends and my family. I saw people running by me and i didnt know what was happening. And they i just heard them yelling something. I didnt know what they were saying. It was just very surreal. Everything happened really fast. And i just got up and ran and then police told me to run further. Fox news correspondent adam housley is live on the ucla campus. Adam, two people dead. What can you tell me about this . Well we do know we are having an update coming up a little later this afternoon, greta, at ucla. One of the dead is a
professor here at the engineering department. There is a bit of the confusion on whether the other one, the shooter was actually a student or member of the Doctoral Program or doctoral ph. D. Colleague. There has been varying reports on that. We do know a professor here was killed in this attack today. He was the target. They have asked us not to give out the name yet because next of kin has not been notified. We will hold off on that until the coroner says they have contacted next of kin. This all went down six hours ago at ucla. The response here was massive. We were on scene not long after the first call came in 10 00 a. M. Eastern time. 1 p. M. Eastern. My crew was actually about 50 yards down from where one of our producers got this video. Take a look. [sirens] the other way. Leave. Active shooter, go. As you can see, it was quiet chaotic out here, can i tell you Law Enforcement has said since that attack back in december they had changed some things. It was quite evident, within
about 45 minutes, there were hundreds of officers here. Many of them in full gear. Full armor including Emergency Response personnel with ambulances. They were in fire crews. They were also wearing helmets and ready to go, greta. It was quite a response here. The good news is it was contain to do an office. Unfortunately two people were lost here. Of course the shooter and the person who was the victim which was the professor, greta. Is there anything at the scene . A note or anything at all to give any sort of clues . Anything at all about this . Yeah. About an hour and a half after this all started quickly everybody started dialing back. Guys were taking their helmets off we thought okay they found something. They found a note and a weapon. They didnt tell us what that note said or what that what kind of weapon it was. We were told it was a handgun from people that were nearby that were part of Law Enforcement. So, handgun, note, both found. Clearly stating why this happened. But they had not yet told us what that statement was or said. Adam, thank you. You aring if to hear a chilling 911 call. It is the panicked mother whose child got trapped with

This is the frantic 911 call from the mother of the child who went into the cage and got dragged by the gorilla. Cincinnati 911. What is the address. My son fell in the exhibit at the gorillas. My son fell in with a gorilla. There is a male gorilla standing over him. I need someone to contact the zoo, please. We do already have help started there, okay . How old is the child. They called. They called. They called. Is he dragging my son. I cant watch this. Be calm. I cant watch. Let me help you out. Hello . How old is he . Hold on. This 911 call being released as the Police Investigation focuses on the boys parents. Reporter mike shell is live at the cincinnati zoo. Mike, tell me the latest in this investigation and why they are investigating the parents. Well, greta, good evening. The investigation from Cincinnati Police is still ongoing. Did i speak with one of the local county commissioners today to ask him about whether or not he thought Child Services would get involved. He said he did not. But he did say that that decision would fall on the Hamilton County prosecutor. Mike, in terms of what
happened. And i have seen some parents where they look away for two seconds and the child is gone. Is there anyone who is saying that that the mother was being, you know, inattentive, less than an ordinary parent with a child at the zoo . Was the mother doing anything else . Really three different sides here, greta. You have the side of the family who in a Statement Today said that they thanked the zoo for what they did in saving their son. We have a local Animal Rights group, who called on the cincinnati zoo and said that it was really their fault because they did not secure the enclosure. But a legal analyst of ours said that the zoos position would be that this exhibit has been here since 1978 and has not had any incident. So those are two of the basic sides that you have that and you have just parents all around saying we
heard sean hannity say last night any parent, if that was your child, what would you want the zoo to do. Greta . That fence is about 3 feet tall . Is that what the child got over . Yeah, about 3 feet tall. Greta. We went inside today and the whole area is cordoned off. We saw some workers carrying around some wood, some lumber, dont know exactly if they are using that to reinforce, but you can probably expect changes will be made to that exhibit in the near future. Mike, thank you very much for joining us. And a man is caught on camera beating someone to death with a tire iron. Why is that man out of jail . Find out next. This cancer patient. Christine. A new york city man released from jail after beating another man to death with a tire iron. There is more. His charges now have been reduced. But before you judge, listen to why he beat the man to death. Take a look. Chilling video of a man beating to death an accused wouldbe rapist with a tire iron. Yes, police say on monday night the mans wife at home with her sister heard a knock on her apartment door. She says this man, earl nash forced his way in and tried to rape her. He threw her on the floor and everything. 20 minutes. It made it a little easier for her to fight him off. Miraculously she manage to do get in contact with her husband a cab driver who
got in home and caught him as he got off the elevator. We come off the elevator and we saw blood all over. The beating so intense nash died. And now the husband faces assault and weapons charges. [cheers and applause] today, supporters rallying around dialo even showing up at the courthouse to greet him as he was released without bail. The on the record legal panel is here. Former homicide detective and defense attorney ted williams and katie phang. Katie, first to you, would have you charged this man when he was brought in last night and what would have you charged i him if indeed you would have charged him . Well, he was originally arrested for manslaughter. I think by all accounts, he was judge, jury, and executioner all on his own some might say that he saved new york taxpayers some money. 19time career criminal who was attacking, beating, and using a chair. I would not have charged mr. Dialo. However. You have still got to do an
investigation. It might be preliminary to say wholesale you wouldnt have charged him at this point. It does sound like defense of others which is a recognized defense in new york might apply in this case. All right, ted, would have you charged him. No, i would not have charged him. Some he is an hero. Its unfortunate that anybody dies. I would have given him a medal at some stage. The bottom line is i think the prosecutors could have investigated this, greta. And they could have been taking it to a grand jury. I dont think that they had to charge this man at this stage. Where do you draw the line though . I mean, you know, i understand defense of others. And i have raised it as a defense lawyer. He made himself the judge and the jury and the executioner. Where do you draw that line. Greta, you draw the line with what was going through his the heat of the moment. What had taken place. He learns that his wife has been allegedly raped, just about, slapped around. He gets upstairs there with a tire iron. He sees this guy with his shirt off going in the elevator. He goes after him. You draw the line also with the fact that selfdefense may very well be in play here. Do you have selfdefense where one has a tire iron and the other does not. Im not defending this guy, this rapist. Dont get me wrong. One has a tire iron one does not. A reasonable person standard that has to be applied. You are right, greta. Walls it reasonable for him to take the actions that he did . If you look at the Video Surveillance footage. He doesnt do any investigation, does he . As soon as he sees nash get in the elevator he whips out the tire iron and starts beating him. I dont know whether defense of others will. Do you think a jury is going to blame dialo for what happened . I dont think i dont think. I dont either. Im always playing devils advocate. When i look at this i feel the same way everybody else does about this. But the prosecutors job is
a little different. Its not to feel the emotion that we do. It certainly is. But i agree with you and katie here. There is absolutely, given the facts of this case, you take that before a jury, they are not going to convict this man in new york. As a matter of fact, this guy was a career criminal. Now, of course, dialo did not know that at the time. When he beat him with that tire iron he didnt know if this guy was armed or what was going on. The fact he was half dressed the issue he was trying to rape someone. Give the man a medal. Ted and katie, dont go away. You viewers at home. You get ready to speed read the news. Lawyers for Baltimore Police officer Caesar Goodson the driver of the police van are now challenging states evidence in the case. Officer goodson is the next officer to go on trial. His charges are the serious. Kevin is here to go on the record. Nice to have you back. Nice to be here. Kevin, what are they challenging, the defense lawyers . They are challenging both portions of the medical examiners autopsy of gray, as well as a key statement that another officer charged in the state allegedly made to a Police Investigator three days after mr. Grays arrest. But, that statement was unrecorded. It was part of a phone conversation he was having with the Police Detective on the case and came prior to his providing his recorded statement to police. What is the statement that the other officer made that they are trying to keep
out . It is a statement that the Police Investigator says he told her that mr. Gray said i cant breathe. At one of the stops of the Police Transport van in which mr. Gray was injured. And it goes to the matter of when along that 45minute van ride mr. Gray was injured. And notice that he was injured . Right. Tell me the officer who allegedly made that statement that was not recorded but made to another statement. Is that officer going to testify . Thats officer porter, and he very well likely will testify. He was he has been compelled to testify by the judge in the case. He has been granted limited form of immunity, meaning that his comments on the stand in goodsons case cannot be used against him in his own trial, but. Does he deny he made that statement does he deny he made that statement to the Police Officer or admit it . In his own trial in december, which ended in a hung jury in a mistrial which is why he is being tried again, did he deny saying that he said the Police Investigator, who also took the stand in his trial, had misunderstood him. He told prosecutors while on the stand that he said mr. Gray indicated that he couldnt breathe at a previous stop. That it was associated with him asking for his inhaler and that he did not believe that mr. Gray was actually in distress. All right. So calling the Police Officer is the defense is saying its here say and shouldnt come hearsay the one who supposedly got the statement from the codefendant. Kevin, nice to see you. Thank you. Thank you. Get right back to our legal panel, ted williams and katie phang. Ted, first to you, the statements should that statement come in. Absolutely not. Thats a codefendant Police Officer thats already been tried who made a statement to supposedly to
an investigator unrecorded. Unrecord to do another Police Officer. Made unrecorded statement. Now the Police Officer will want to get on the stand and say officer porter said this that the guy couldnt breathe, which is very prejudicial in this case. It shouldnt come in. It is inadmissible hearsay. And i think that judge williams is not going to permit that statement to come in. Katie . Prosecution has an uphill battle. Their response in opposition to this claim that its hearsay is that that statement made by porter to detective kyl is that he couldnt breathe. Inexpickably intertwined and they need it. Pretrial motions. Whether judge williams rules in the favor of defense can s. Going to be key because it has to do with timing. Greta just mentioned this. It has to do with notice. When the officers know specifically officer goodson that freddie gray couldnt breathe . That he was having problems breathing . You know, Marilyn Mosby
is having a hell of a time prosecuting these cases. She is going to continue to have a hell of a time prosecuting them because the problem is she wants now to use porter shoe has compelled him to testify under limited immunity. She does not know what porter is going to say. Porter can get on the stand and can he really screw their case. This happened in the nero case where miller got on the stand and miller said i arrested this man. I handcuffed him and not nero. Katie, just a quick question to you. I wouldnt be surprised if we saw nero on the stand. Nero can testify he has been found not guilty. He can help goodson if there is something to help him. That would be a marquis event, wouldnt it . He may do it. Miller is going to testify, porter is going to testify. Goodson has a serious problem. Go to the van and took him for a nickel ride. Him being freddie gray. He has the biggest exposure at this point in time. We have to wait and see what a jury does. I dont understand why
the ride was a 45minute ride. I think thats goodson better be able to explain why it took 45 minutes and how he was driving. Was he driving erratically or not throwing him around in the back or not . We will find out during the trial. Panel, in just this past week alone there have been 13 homicides in baltimore. And since january 1st 110. Baltimore has a lot of violent crime. Whats going on there . The criminals own the streets of baltimore. Look, Police Officers want to make arrests of these criminals. These criminals are not dumb. They know that the States Attorneys Office and the Police Department is at loggerheads with each other. And when you think about it, if a cop puts his hand on one of those criminals, and Marilyn Mosby decides to prosecuted him, why should a cop be that dumb and put his hands on any criminal out there . The criminals are not dumb people. You are assigning some responsibility to the Prosecutors Office . A great deal of the responsibility. Katie, your thought about it. Well 105 homicides this year alone is nothing to be sneering at whatsoever. I kind of tend to agree with ted. I mean, Marilyn Mosby is not some type of condemnation of how she is basically running her office. If the cops think that they are not going to get an effective prosecution out of this office, this is a vote of no confidence from these cops. Its basically the criminals saying can i run around with zero compunction because i dont have to worry about anything that is going to happen to me. The prosecutors are going to get prosecuted by Marilyn Mosby. Its like a winwin for the criminals in baltimore right now. I would like to see the Justice Department go in there for the last, i dont know, how many years look at the local community and see what they have done with federal funds education and all the things they have gotten federal funds for. Those communities are gotten a lot of money. Baltimore is one of those cities in great stress. I would like to see where that money is going and how thats been used. Katie and ted, thank you both. Fox news correspondent Casey Stegall is live in richmond, texas. Casey . Yeah, greta. We are in a neighborhood that is completely
underwater. Look at this house back here. A family of four lives there. Water is inside. And unfortunately, they have no insurance, the Family Member tells me. They dont want to go too far. So they are sleeping in a nearby car. And if my photographer continues panning down through this Mobile Home Park you can see just how bad it is. And exact number of homes and businesses that have been lost has been hasnt been nailed down at this point. No doubt it has got to be in the hundreds. And not just where we are, it is all across the region, a huge area affected by this historic flooding in texas. Were talking about a swath from houston to austin. The problem is all of the rain that fell to our north over the last several days and the Holiday Weekend is all making its way downstream. The brazos river is the highest its been in more than a century. It is at 54. 5 feet. Normally it spills out of its bank 45. So its 10 feet over. Then look at this video. Even livestock impacted. It is texas. A news helicopter capturing this video of horses fleeing the water, trying to get to dry land near that homes front porch there. Residence around here young and old are simply stunned and i have got to say, since we have been on the ground here and we have talked to a number of people. People who have lived in this area for 40, 50, 60 years, greta, say they have not quite seen it like this before. Casey, its just looks the video is an absolutely awful. Now to rick reichmuth. What about these people in texas . Tell me they are not going to get any more rain. They are. I wish i could say it differently. This flooding we are seeing right now is not the first time we have seen it in texas this last year. We have had numerous events of flooding. And this is another one. Take a look at where we have
flood watches going on here. Parts of oklahoma, all the way down through pretty much the entire state of texas. Partially from the rain we have seen. I starts up here parts of the panhandle of texas. You go through this patch here that saw up to a foot of rain and then it cuts back down here around houston and areas that saw over a foot of rain. Two areas, all of that water into that watershed and thats why this flooding is going to last a long time. Its not like flash flooding that goes away quickly. This river flooding is going to stick with us, and there is more rain to come. Here you go. You see this overall rotation bringing rain showers across a lot of the state of texas. Due to future radar here and you take a look, this is the next two and a half days, and we still have the moisture in across areas of texas at times. Its going to sit in the same spot and rain very heavily, this is a forecast prescription. You see all of these yellows and reds. Those are two to four inches of rain. See some spots isolated areas a lot more than that
the flooding is going to continue to be very bad. At least for the next week. And the overall pattern that we have been in for the last say six to eight months doesnt show any signs of changing either. We do dry out a little bit by the time we get to sunday. But we have a number of days still to go of rain. Those people, their homes are ruined anyway, rick, thank you. Coming up, do you remember ken starr . The independent council who investigated president bill clinton . Well, is he back. Sort of. I will explain off the record. Why stand we here idle. Our brethren are already in the field. I know not what course others may take. But as for me, give me liberty or give me death. [bell tolls]
about me quitting smoking. I was going to give it a try, but i didnt really think it was going to really happen. After one week of chantix, i knew i could quit. Along with support, Chantix Varenicline is proven to help people quit smoking. Chantix definitely helped reduce my urge to smoke. Some people had changes in behavior, thinking or mood, hostility, agitation, depressed mood and suicidal thoughts or actions while taking or after stopping chantix. Some had seizures while taking chantix. If you have any of these, stop chantix and call your doctor right away. Remember the investigation of bill clinton involving monica lewenski. The investigation was led by then independent council ken starr. Every day it was headline. During the impeachment hearing starr had this to say about president clinton. He could choose truth or he could choose deception. On all six occasions, the president chose deception. A pattern of calculated behavior over a span of months. Now, fast forward to today. Starr has been the president and chancellor of Baylor University which is now embroiled in its own sex scandal after investigation founded the Baylor Administration tried to cover up Sexual Assault allegations against their football team, starr was booted as baylor president. Today he resigned from his second position chancellor saying it was a matter of conscience. Starr will continue to teach
at the law school but this thought. Finally someone stepping down from a leadership position for the right reasons. At least i hope it was that and not a matter of hypocrisy.
