That means drivers cant park on snow routes so crews have more room to push snow when it comes. As the forecast became more definite in recent days, workers here began shifting gears and changing out equipment. Instead of finishing up some still ongoing road projects, crews began attaching or adjusting plows on the 90 vehicles that will clear city streets.
