The period from end of October through middle of April and the commissioner saying we've looked at and we're we're trying to figure out ways to stretch out the season so that there aren't as many games crammed into say a week or a couple of weeks where you've got this long road trip but a bunch of back to backs we've reduced in essence our preseason we've reduced the number of games that we'll play in our preseason and added a full week to the regular season and as I've said before every day makes a big difference in creating the schedule and that extra week in our schedule when they want us to cut down on the back to backs cut down the number of times that teams are obligated to play 4 games in 5 nights and will enable the coaches to provide additional rest for their players so we do hope it will cut down on the resting players and marquee games. But that you sit on the bench you're still working your body still going through the well going through the exercise your body is still working I certainly understand that 82 games is end of player going through in and participating in all 82 games is a major accomplishment Chris Paul did it 2 years ago and was proud of that fact Steph Curry missed 2 games this year it's not what the Warriors do they don't rest guys but after him not being completely healthy for last year's post season maybe there is this idea now I tend to think that Steve Kerr was resting his guys against the Spurs as a.
