Partly cloudy, will continue to be breezy at the coast, 60s there, upper 60s inland. Some low 70s. We will willing those in our inland east bay but it will stay rather example throughout the day today and even cooler perhaps tomorrow. Whether he talk about the shower chances coming up. Carolyn. Lisa, thank you. Developing news. San Francisco Police are investigating after a standoff with an armed man in the south of market neighborhood. The incident began just before 11 00 last night and lasted into the Early Morning hours after officers saw a man with a gun run into a building. Police evacuated residents around 6th and mission streets until about 2 00 this morning. Officers detained three suspects. The officers say the investigation is ongoing. More developing news this time in vallejo. A fire in a detached garage converted into a living space is now under control. The structure on lincoln road east was fully involved had fire firings arrived just before 6 00 this morning. Flames spread throughs roofs and damaged two parked cause. The cause is listed ace suspicious because the garage is not listed as having electricity. Ths morning Sunnyvale Police are looking for a man who robbed and terrorized an elderly couple in their home. The woman and her husband are so traumatized they dont feel safe anymore. Abc News Reporter sergio has the details. Police quickly swarmed this quiet neighborhood looking for the man who broke into this home. The resident said she first realized something wag wrong when she heard her husband talking to somebody in the other room. There was a man waving a gun at him and shoving him into the wall. Then he saw me and then he would never let us be together in the same room after that. Dorothy said shes mostly upset about how violent the man was. To see him push my poor old husband around. Hes 92 years old. He ripped his watch off his arm. He took all my rings, my engagement ring, my wedding ring. Her husband was not injured. They left for most of the afternoon because they were worried about being home after the breakin. We checked in on her again. They said the police had arrested somebody, but she didnt recognize that person. She said he would recognize the armed robber because he was sitting on her patio chair. I thought he was delivering a package because i was expecting some, and when i opened the door he had this attitude like what took you so long. She shood him off her front patio and was shocked to see him again inside the home. So they changed the lock and are installing a home alarm system as soon as possible. Police hope anyone who knows anything about the robbery will make a call. In sunnyvale, abc7 news. New details about the teenager who was the stowaway to hawaii in the wheel well of a california jet. He is back in california. The 15yearold is in of the custody of Santa Clara County social services. This, according to a report from our media partner, contra costa times. Hawaiis department of Human Services confirms the boy has left hawaii. His father flew there hoping to reunite with his son, but the officials in hawaii reportedly denied his fathers son to see his son and bring him back home. A gunman who shot a man to death on an east bay freeway remains on the run this morning. The 31yearold man was killed driving on interstate 580 in richmond, and investigators believe he was targeted. Officers shut down all lanes of this stretch of eastbound 580 in richmond, backing up traffic for miles. Richmond police say the male driver of the blue ford s. U. V. Lost control after being shot by someone in another car. We dont believe the lone occupant was firing as just anybody, we believe that the suspect or suspects were firing at him. Witnesses say the s. U. V. Rolled over multiple times before hitting the center divide. People who live along the freeway heard the gunshots and the crash. There were five gunshots. I ducked. I grabbed my jacket and ran outside because i thought one of my brothers got shot. Then we came here and you could see the man over there died from the gunshot wound in his back. Its unclear if he died from the gunshot or from the crash. We are trying to determine a motive or if the victim had any enemies or anybody that might have wanted to shoot him. Police are hoping that witnesses will come forward. They say someone should have seen somebody since it was a relatively busy time of the day. They say thank goodness no one else was hurt. Its sad. I dont know what the situation was, but innocent people could have been a stray bullet could have hit one of them. Anyone with information is urged to call richmond police. In richmond, lilian kim, abc7 news. The c. H. P. Said they will arrest a hospitalized santa rosa man for felony dui after he crashed his car and killed his wife. Officers say 33yearold john norman was under the influence and speeding when he veered off a road near calistoga last night colliding with a tree. His wife a 33yearold woman died at the scene. He was airlifted to the hospital with major injuries. He is also expected to face charges of vehicular manslaughter. A community is rallying around a boy fighting cancers. All the proceeds from an auction last night at the elks club in san ran fell will go to rons family. Ron died from a heart attack not long after his son zeke was diagnosed with cancer. Zekes cancer is called rms and it attacks his muscles. When he was diagnosed it was at stage 4 but despite all of that the family is in good spirits. They are survivors and they are staying positive. They are getting through stuff. Sometimes its a difficult situation, but they are persevering. Zekes mother said he is doing okay. His body is responding well to chemotherapy. Thats partly cloudy sky and we will see the breezy winds coastside. Possibility of an isolated shower tomorrow. Here is why. An area of low pressure has been stuck to the north and west of us. That initiated the cooling trend. Now as it slowly slides to the north it will bring the high clouds the breezy winds, the steady on shore flow and the possibility of a spotty shower. We we will go through the rest of the day today underneath the partly cloudy skies and by about 4 00 5 00, notice the winds, 15 to 20 miles an hour. That will aid in our temperatures being kept down. The cloud cover will allow for a partly cloudy sky through the afternoon today. Then through monday afternoon you can see the green representing maybe a light shower. The santa cruz mountains, the Higher Elevations of the north and east bay. And into monday night and tuesday we are still looking at some cool air and once again maybe a spotty shower. Most of you wont see anything at all, and if you do whats it going to amount to . A couple hundreds. Thats about it. And as High Pressure builds in behind it, still the breezy wind.
