Reporter officials making the heartbreaking announcement after more than 16 hours of searching by dive teams and choppers flying overhead, crews finally finding the body of 2yearold lane graves. Theres likely no question in my mind that the child was drowned by the alligator. Reporter the little boys body found intact not far from where he had been dragged into the water by that alligator. Just across from disneys magic kingdom, the Graves Family of four from nebraska, three days into their vacation enjoying the sandy beach, the 2yearold about a foot off the shore of the seven seas lagoon in ankle deep water when splashes are heard. The five to sevenfoot gator snatching the toddler. The parents witnessing it all rushing into the water. The father wrestling the alligator trying to save his son but hes unsuccessful. Of course, the family was distraught, and i believe what this 2yearold was doing was what perhaps any 2yearold might be doing. Wildlife Officials Say disney has a full time staff observing these waters and any gators spotted are reported and removed. Disney world closing all beaches on the property.
