In his sentencing for sexually assaulting an unconscious woman on campus, the 20yearold olympic track swimmer wrote to the judge, coming from a small town in ohio, i never really experienced celebrating or partying that involved alcohol. The documents also say turner denied ever using any illicit substance. Wrong, say prosecutors. Theres turner smoking a hash pipe before college, they say. In dozens of texts, he talks about buying or using drugs, including harder drugs. Want to see if we can get acid . And now the judge who sentenced turner to six months in jail is under attack. They are threatening and using a lot of profanity. They hope he dies and his kids get raped. Reporter turners assault so jarring that the grad students who put a stop to it are still shaken. Ambulances were rushed to the scene. Medics and doctors were still at the scene looking for additional casualties. Reporter police calling this an act of terror at the hands of two palestinians.
