We are back and I'm excited man it's Friday and we're going to have some fun today and I mean you know it's real good you know we worked with kind of this doggone Howel weans stuff will be talking about some of these political things eventually these are going down the road but we have an election going on right now if you have not filled out your ballot you need to be listening to what's going on with this Dave or you have to talk a little bit about the local politics and get into the heavy stuff as well yeah absolutely we need to get the you know local update I think we've got an on the lineup for that and then out that will go to Will Steve go off the beaten path let's go to Shawn I'll be and also stand by Steve will be with you here in a minute we're going to talk about some local stuff 1st Yann are you there let's see if let's get back to the what we need to do what people need to know if you have not got your ballot filled out please pay attention because and you got some advice and understanding things you know and are you there dear here I want to mention that some people may have made a place to thrown away their ballot and Ok well that's not the end of the world what you do is you call your county or your city clerk and recorder so you just got to go that address Ok and then make a phone call for the City of Westminster they're closed until Monday and so you can't do anything as far as I understand because there's nobody on on it working because they've got a 4 day work week so that they may have some people and handling this now I'm not sure I didn't stop by and I didn't call but you can call and see what you know what the situation is just bite you know go dot com look at information is just like you would Google Romney and the reason why I want to do that. The number one reason why it's because you've got to vote No on Proposition safety because it removes the right to vote on tax increases for every power so you know that if we have a representative government we don't we don't like that era crap we're we're not to let the bureaucrats take over this country right right we were almost doing what we started a revolution which is based on taxation without representation which basically means we're going to tax you and there was no way you're going to be represented by and have any say in it and that's what c.c. Is trying to do for it of her and her and however now it's outrageous that we spent so much time trying to get the tax payers Bill of Rights Tabor in place and now they're trying to take it apart so we'll just trust them with your money right now and that was are telling us well we'll take care of everything for you Don't worry about it you pay right there till it will play Yeah right yet you're so trustworthy that they have to lie in the 1st half of the deal which is without raising taxes Well that's not true because it's clearly a tax increase so they're there defeating not by the law. That they've written I mean you know this is a this becomes law so it's a legislative blank check for blackmail essentially because it removes our taxpayers' bill of rights that was passed after 9 years of work 3 elections and it finally passed in 1902 as noted before and that provided to state budget growth parameters which is inflation plus population which is grown a very rich 6 and a half percent every year since it was bad on the average for the last 27 years in Colorado the only state that has this type of restriction and they want to take that away we've doubled our budget in the last 10 years just from this just from the formula because in part they recant characterize the spending category take it out of paper and we're spending a 3rd more to 41000000000 dollars last year Ok so and our budget was 31000000000 last year so that's 2830 years we know it's higher this year and we have banned. Every dollar on our road repair it from the taxes they collect right and we have $0.10 of every dollar on social welfare programs at a minimum Ok so we do our part on the social welfare part everybody uses and benefits from roads and bridges because I don't care if it's Russian reef if you're not paying taxes you're still benefiting from our road infrastructure and we need to be spending way more than that because they cost more and more but they want to take us out of our cars right right so they want to they think that we're going to be able to do everything. On on but or beast train they're not it's called light rail or abstract it's not bad and it's not light no brake it's very expensive so we have hardly anybody on the train except maybe during the rush hour so they big and don't prioritize what our needs are needs our transportation right yet they are that's the number one thing and then you know going to want to put it carbon tax policy will eventually work so that we'll try to. Take it really penalizes. The distance that we drive and Van will have to pay for pay for that privilege Oh it's just so over the top all based on if you follow the money who's making the rules and who's who's getting the benefit you know that's right I mean you know that's the whole point behind all of this and as you pointed out we're not really taking care of the roads the infrastructure that we need to be doing we've got all these social programs and I think we've got plenty and you know we are looking at these taxes being used in all kinds of ways are really not appropriate and that's the biggest problem they're just charging you this money and now they don't want to be held accountable to it when they 1st came out with Tabor years ago as you know in Colorado said Well we we collected more taxes and we kidded money for so we're going to give it back to you and they did the 1st year remember that then the 2nd year they said how about if we just hang on to the extra and apply it towards the next year and we kind of went along without and now they're saying we're not going to tell you at all what we want to do with this money just pay up you know I it's outrageous vote no on c c ladies and gentleman no no no no. Yes And the last time we talked about. How I'm asking the listeners have you made your list of 10 people . That you've contacted to make sure they turn in their belt like and tell them how they can get their balloting they don't have it anymore on the right to be on the field that they need drama education and we already know and. What how well are those students doing meaning how much are they doing math English and science and civics that is accurate civics because I don't think they deserve an increase yet restrict restricting to a competitive teacher salary schedule to recruit and retain high quality teachers and maintaining competitive wages for support staff. Are Well Kerry that is almost a $1000000000.00 to build a high school and they're going to make a lot of money on this deal. Normal against that no no no I mean people got to vote against these things and I am the average expenditure of any government project will will just call for OSHA welfare I mean I've not quite sure what Aid to Dependent Children is what it initially was called and at least 70 percent of whatever is spent like here if we're thing a $1000000.00 or $700000.00 of that band just in administrative costs and 3. $300000.00 of that would go to actually the families who are missing a father or you know their handicapped or whatever that that the name they need and so 70 percent weight to you know or the I mean a private institution would do a probably for approximately 10 percent Ok And we're paying a percent over that just to get anything done he's Or try cheatin about the same thing in the goal building to I you know that those contractors they're getting are paying off those legislators in some fashion or rather to their intended by those legislators that that that that promote this Ok campaign contributions through and i.e.c. Or however it's done there is an honesty and transparency in the school spending of any school those contractors and making a killing Yes like affordable housing affordable housing we need to reduce the it doesn't mean if the affordable housing but you know I'm going out thing I'm it's really not the contractors as much as it is the financial people who are behind this that's what's around you know you're getting a big cut yeah the contractors get they get their contract stuff but it's the people who. Go to the banks with a couple $100000.00 and set up all the agreements because they've got the paperwork they know where they're going they're selling high selling or yeah really they don't need that much money actually to do to put these kinds of things through all they got to do is properly feed it to the taxpayers who are going to be so stupid that they're going to vote for this kind of stuff and then they find out they're hooked for 20 years on these deals they have no idea don't fund these cool things ladies and gentlemen it's a horrible idea and I will be hearing from people I can promise you who did pass these things later on on this show and they're going to say you're right Steve boy I could not believe the property taxes they struck this with and there ain't no way out but and we're going to run out of time if we don't get the information out that people need to know about getting these ballots in so let's get with that right now Ok Ok Well again you need to do it better now you don't want to put it in the mail you want to put it in a drop box it's at your city hall and there if you just go to go vote Colorado dot com you will find in your county where you can drop your ballot. In addition to taking from crime this weekend Saturday or Sunday and get or get a couple of friends together and say you know I'm printing that far and we're going to distribute this and answer questions bring the doorbell if you want especially when you see people's cars in the driveway because they're probably they are and your fate you know I'm a neighbor and I'm here up out what the ballots that have been turned in by Tuesday and you can I have never had anybody say yeah. Give me I'll give you my ballot and turn it in Ok some of these people I see over and over they're not going to give me their ballots I don't see how it Democrat can turn and compare ballots at a time unless somehow those were fish to one Ok yeah because people don't want to do that right maybe they were and I have no idea how they get that done but they're turning to me and candidate time at those drop boxes Yeah on the last day especially when this is going to be important because this stuff's going to come up again the next big election so you be watching what's happening here right now lives in Joe much it's a harbinger if you like of what's coming in. She did she did at that end give a little background on her she's I met her before and she seemed to be very normal but she did not like the advertisement on RB and there was a book being pushed pushed I was advertised it was about playing the race card and I I agree with that I don't play that I don't play any card there's no race card as far as I'm concerned I don't see color I don't discriminate against people of color I could care less if you're color what I do discriminate and I'm guilty of this and maybe you are also I am guilty of discrimination on bad behavior if you don't treat somebody with respect to respect them and in December I am going to speak out against that it could care less about your color so I know I don't see color but evidently she does see color it's interesting because she's white yeah she's playing the race card for the black Elbert never played right Elbert was easy to talk to but she was a finales you know I don't know how he got hooked up with her you know but I think it was you know I mean it was incredible what it weird person she turned out to really be just a left wing nut job you know what I mean absolutely he was a great guy the easy to talk to I mean we talk about you know see the Panthers took our guns and they were patrolling their neighborhood and they were Samak are going to keep order here they didn't have any problems with riots going on there you know they don't allow this kind of stuff to get out of control and they're in their turf you know what I mean they need the police and they didn't have to shoot up a lot of people either but then you know it the whole thing got subverted in of course you know they actually you don't have sas a nation that they had out there in Chicago that took place really started to kill all of these guys off because they were a problem and you know it was a bad situation but you know it once again that was just one interview that we did we have a lot of things that happened on that show and during that period of time Steve it was really good stuff yeah I agree I thought it was it was really nice and I was you know I contacted her of the via e-mail and she kept firing back nastiness nastiness nasty. She reminds me she reminds me of what we see right now in the Democrats I mean we have the nasty ones that come out the Antiphila type and she got very nasty in us and you know what there's there's no trying to call this one down she has an agenda you know I think you and I agreed she has an agenda and are our interview of big man Elbert How was was up and up it was straightforward there was no set up questions it was we want to know from the inside when you created the Black Panthers and what it was all about we want to know the truth because we heard all the propaganda the government lies now we want to we want to fact check your we want to figure out what really was the truth you were there tell us about it and that's what we did that's right and you know that that whole thing was co-opted too because in the women started taking over the Black Panther ss if it were they call them I guess they were taking over the organization the men were feeding the kids breakfast because they thought it was a good breakfast so they could these boys and girls could learn in school and the women took over and the next thing you know a Huey Newton was in all that trouble me had him in jail they got him out and course it looked to me like what happened toward the end was they got a drug addicted never thing went bad they just destroyed what was really happening there but the Black Panthers were actually meeting with the white Panthers at the same time and that was because they were both concerned about the same situations is what about racism or anything it was about you know people looking at their own communities in trying to to alert them to what was taking place in their communities at that time and they subverted that entire thing and you know most people don't understand that was a bit of a very important part of our of you know what we call that sixty's history you know to he had made Forrest Gump you know so we you know we know it was a very important part but yeah she was a hammer his wife was a hammer no doubt you know Soros type you know agitator and we could get into talking about that too.
