Someone and somebody sees it, they do something kind its a boomerang effect. Its a chemical thing. Its like an endorphin thats released. Then youre going to meet our two newest joy fit club members who lost 450 pounds combined. Its what they gained, heres a little tip, thats going to inspire you. All that seems silly in light of what happened. But were going to get to it because life does go on for those who are blessed to still have life. People were completely shocked about what happened in paris. A lot of people are going about their daily lives here not even thinking about anything. I still remember we were sitting on the couch saying there was something that moved about pa s paris. All of a sudden you cant stop watching the nonstop coverage. But one thing that the world does do is it shows when theres a tragedy, the world unites. So many of the monuments around the world were splashed with blue, white and red. It was all over the world. Thats rio. Wow. Thats our freedom tower. Its just beautiful to e see that. You always wonder, a lot of people were looking for loved ones and friends and things. Karen had a friend who was in the soccer stadium at the time. And the friend did not realize what had happened. She was in the bathroom. She heard an explosion. We werent sure what it was. People were learning stuff on their phones. He roll you can only imagine as a parent, you hear that something has happened. At a stadium in paris. Youre thinking, wait a minute, thats where my daughter said she was going to go. The panic, he got very emotional speaking about her on fox news. It gave you an idea of what thousands of other parents were experiencing friday night. Take a look at this. Were very concerned. We wont rest until shes in her apartment. We dont want her to travel or do anything. Lock her down until they sort this out. Its terrible. This is this is my gorgeous daughter. Its very upsetting. She just turned 21 years old. And recently, i met a woman who formed a nonprofit dedicated to do just that. It was an extraordinary day. Why is being kind important . Because if you are not nice to the people, it would be bad, and if you are nice to people, it would be really good. More than 10,000 people. A small act of kindness can change the world. Because it inspires other people to be kinder. A message through dancing and not just speaking. E show showing and not just telling, right. But she turned her misery into a mission to make sure that nobo else felt like she did. What i realized is that the more i gave the more i healed. So i b obsessed with the concept of giving. And her husband took the family out to a restaurant to just have a celebratory evening out, and the weight staff had to find a chair that would fit her. This is like rocked her world. She cried through the entire dinner, but it was her turning point. She needed that a ha moment. Yes m the before picture she is 410 pound, but the woman about to walk out has lost 275 pounds.
