Actually quite likely none of these things could happen this year and once this tryst into 20 then you're in an election year and it's hard to get things done in election year 2 so. I'm not sure when he will be able to claim an actual legislative accomplishment does 2018 at this point hold more promise for a productive year or no because we're heading into midterms. You know I think that the problem with getting any of these things done really lies in the Senate where you just it just moves very slowly and you have to not realize this but there are you know for those of us who work in normal jobs we have about 30 during the work weeks left in 2017 Well the Senate doesn't the Senate only has 12 work weeks left in 2017 and that's because they have a 6 month. Recess a truly a vacation from August to September they have other recess to start not in session they go back to their home states and so forth so there's just not much time to actually get stuff done in the Senate and the more trouble just keeps you know.
