And at Spot Crime dot com You can punch in an address and it tells you what the crime looks like for say the last week and so if you feel like there's like a lot of Carthage F.'s maybe that would be Ok worse is a lot of assaults and burglars in you know what I'm saying and they put the little icons on the map so you can see where that particular incident happened it comes from police reports and from news reports and so you know you have to ask a lot of questions shop carefully Normally you can negotiate the price down so you don't have to pay the exact price. But you know much like any other city there's there's there are good parts of Wahoo and Maui and there are bad parts rights though right just make sure that you know exactly what you're getting into and there are many you also may be able to.
