The proposed viaduct project will begin at floyd boulevard and span the Railroad Tracks. It will end east of the and steuben street. Nstruction could begin as early as february 2017, and is anticipated to take 18 months to complete. City engineer glenn ellis says its important to keep the public informed. We have 60 percent of the design plans completed. They have been reviewed. And were just informing the public of the changes that will take place with the Roadway Network at steuben street and floyd boulevard, and the potential closures of Railroad Track crossings in the e ea. Project activities would include, but not be limited to, construction of the new bridge, concrete pavement, curb and gutter, and storm sewer improvements. Traffic will be maintained during construction, however, there will be times where detours would be required. According to the citys parks and recreation director, it will take 10 andahalf Million Dollars to complete all the trails.
