Theres a long road in front of him to get back to where he was before this horrific accident. 000029 Anthony Orozco, hit by car i cant move my neck. Parts. I have fractured bones and broken bones. His father jesus says a woman took her eyes off the road and hit anthony as he walked to his car. 001834 jesus orozco, victims father he went under the first set of tires. The car kept going over him and the second set of tires went over him. The orozco family says the driver admitted it was her fault and police ticketed her for negligence.
