May 19 when two officers were trying to get students into class. After failed attempts one officer grabbed the handles of his wheelchair and began to push him towards class. He began to spit on and slap the officers hand and the officer put him in handcuffs and much more. Then responded in an extremely emotional and unacceptable manner. Snapping and punching the student several times, throwing him out of the wheelchair. Dumping him on to the floor. He was hired in november. He was immediately fired and arrested by oakland police. The District Attorney charged him with child abuse. The School District will reevaluate its officer training. The officer just been through a training in april.
