Its a video shot in a parking lot of an apartment complex in charlton, south carolina. This is bayside manor, as you can see when the video gets picked up theres an officer on the scene. Its over with. According to reports the officer was not on official duty at the time of the video he was actually working as a Security Guard offduty at this particular apartment complex. Gee, i wonder why they need security. Exactly, nick. A little bit of bad activity going on and some people have shown up to see it and one woman said meet in the parking lot and well settle this. So juvenile. Of course, lots of people saw it and lots of people showedup. An event pageiteir friends . The officer tries to get in the middle here and keeps the two ladies from fighting but as you see in the video they reach around the officer and start slapping. It becomes an oldfashions melee. A lot of hair being pulled and clothes being pulled off. As you see the officer leading the ladies away you think things had settled down, and no report was filed and no one was arrested and no property was damaged according to the officer but then this video popped owp youtube and once police were made aware they were embarrassed because no report was filed. They saw the video and made an arrest by identifying people from the video itself and now the officer has been reprimanded for not filing a report on this incident. He did also not get the letter of reprimand he got one day of unpaid suspension. Come on, really . He said he didnt fill out an incident because there was no Property Damage and it was hard to identify a real victim in this incident because there were so many people involved. What were the people charged with since there was no victim on the scene . Good question. Three were charged with disorderly conduct. Weve all probably heard of crop circles, kind of freaky, kind of weird. Are you serious . Cool. What about ice circles like this one in the snake river in idaho . The whole things moving.
