The first is murder with a Deadly Weapon for killing 34 year old mother of three jessica valenzuela. Officials are saying under nevada law, the Death Penalty is a consideration for this charge. She was also charged with child abuse and neglect. Because her 3 yearold daughter was in the car at the time of the crash. Her third charge is leaving the scene of an accident. A new nevada law passed just months ago makes this punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
