I risked my rrlationship wwh her to tell her that i wanted her to her to be well. Mary ann also testifying that she saw emily struggle to get up the stairs in her house just days before she ied. The defense illuded to this strategy in their opening statementsthey wanted to show emily wasnt a recovering addict, but still struggled with many of those symptoms and issues. And for the year ahead theyre the study sayay violent crimims such as murder, rape, robbery, and aggravated assault have dropped the most in dubuque. Thats from the years 2010 to 2014. Dubuque police say there were some issues in how they reported aggravated assaults to the fbi 2010. And thats why stats from the report should be taken lightly. We did see some decreases in but again, im not sure that ranking is warranted or backed by legitimate data. Now, theeyear 20 15 is not analyzed by the report. Dubuque saw an increase in crime that year 33 confirmed shots fired and five murders. As for this year so far there have not been any confiimed shots fired of a criminal intent.
