Twentyseven yearold Mariah Harris pull the same stunt on two other men, after patrolling facebook scouring social media site looking for victims. Boyfriend, girl friend, scenario they had her, find guys, have them meet her in this area which is pretty dark, residential, not many people out and boyfriend would lie in wait. It was a set up. Reporter harris and her 26 yearold boyfriend Tyreese Gibson have been arrested and charged with three separate robberies on the same block in southwest philadelphia this victim, wiser and more leery of meeting anyone in the area you do not know. Have them meet new a place with a lot of people or where there are lights. Social media is a good thing but when used it is very dangerous if you dont take precaution. Reporter there were three separate incident july event, july find and august 1st. Police do not know if there are other victims out there but they want to you come forward. In the meantime two people in our area have contracted the west nile virus. We have learned that a 49 yearold from Gloucester County and a philadelphia man were both infected but both are recovering. Health Officials Say that this, is prime time for west nile and that the best way to avoid it is to use mosquito repellant and get rid of standing water where mosquitoes are known to breed. The number of infected mosquito pools that we have collected that are infect with west nile virus is actually rather high this year and it is continuing to increase. Reporter unfortunately that risk of getting west nile will increase as you heard over the next few weeks because there are so many infect mosquitoes, in our area. Also, a day of summer fun went terribly wrong for three kid at a philadelphia public pool. They went in for a swim and ended up getting shock. An electrical current somehow got in the water at the oak connor public pool at 26th and south. Our Todd Quinones talk to one parent who says this may not have been the first time this has happened there. Reporter trip to the pool here, turned into a trip to the hospital for those three children, in the meantime, maintenance workers here are trying to figure out what went wrong so they can fix it. An electrical current in the city pool, shocked three children, they were rushed to childrens hospital, they are said to be 13 years old and younger. It all started as a perfect summer day at the pool and then suddenly turned serious and scary. This womans daughter saw it all happen. She said one of the children was about to get on it of the pool and touch the ladder and was immediately shocked and then his sister came over, i guess maybe to help him and then his sister was shocked. Reporter gale dougherty said her children were shocked at the same ladder in june here at oconnor pool at 26th and south the streets. We were climbing up the ladder and it shock us. It was just like a little shock. If were you a foot away you could still feel it. Reporter that came as a surprise to the Parks Recreation department. This is first time we have heard that there was an incident that there were shocks to our young people or adult that use that pool. Reporter dougherty said she didnt report the incident in june. I didnt because i really thought they were crazy because they werent holding on to the ladder they were swing in the water. Reporter late friday afternoon peco workers were back at the pool testing ladder with voltage meters, kid were shocked around 1 15 friday. Draining it, refilling this pool will not be opened until we find out what the cause of this ups dent was today. Reporter parks and Recreation Department says workers were out here earlier in the day working on the motor, the pump. There were a total of 12 children in the pool at the time. As for those three kid shocked and then taken to chop, they were last listed in stable condition but im being told they should be just fine. Thirtyfour yearold Keisha Williams died thursday night, she was in Critical Condition for two weeks after she and four others were hit by a carjacked suv in the tioga section of the city. Three of her children were killed in that crash and one woman from the northeast stopped by the crash site after hearing of Keisha Williams death. I found out that she had passed away and it just floored me and i just took my granddaughter from school and said lets go bye, we have to go. Reporter this does mean that suspect Jonathan Rosa and Cornelius Crawford will now face, four counts of Second Degree murder, and conspiracy. Developing right now, the u. S. Two Young Children are orphaned after police say their tather killed their mother right in front of them and then took his own life. Eyewitness news reporter, matt rivers spoke to the victims aunt and he has details from upper darby. Reporter in the wake of a brutal crime there is so much confusion, over how it could have happened. He was not a monster. He was good to chrissy, he was good to the kids. Reporter but that changed thursday morning in drexel hill and police say Keith Belajonas shot and stabbed his wife cristina inside their home killing her in front of their two small children. Shock, disbelief, and just here for the children. Reporter two brothers just four and five years old who their dad took with him after the murder as he sped toward staten island. He left them at a cvs pharmacy, drove a few blocks and took his own life. They are young. They are aware of what happen. How much they actually comprehend. Reporter the family says they are not sure yet. Theyre not ensure how they can comprehend any of this themselves. The in the meantime they will remember. She was a lovely young woman. She was working hard trying to make the best that she could for her kids working two jobs. New information in the murder of a jogger near penny pack park in northeast philadelphia. The reward for information leading to an arrest in the murder of Connie Maclean murray is now up to 50,000. The Philadelphia Parking Authority and District Council 21 added a combined 15,000 to the reward fund, it turns out maclean murrays brother was a long time p pa worker. Weve got a lot of tips and we are running on those tips. Right now none of them have pan out just yet but we will continue to work. Maclean murray was found dead on tuesday morning, she was strangled. Police have no suspects, few leads, and they are in need of the publics help. And now to the new details in the ebola out break, it is a Public Health emergency, accord together world health organization. It is urging nations to donate money and resources to stop the spread of the disease, and the latest ebola out break in west africa is largest and longest on record with the death rate near 50 percent. At least 961 people have died from the virus in that part of the country. Investigators in delaware in the meantime are trying to figure out why this plane crash landed today, near the town of wyoming. Police have responded to two shootings in the last five days just blocks from the music fest stages. Reporter good morning, to you, yes, this is bass masters let professional series. In case you didnt know this is like masters of fishing. Thinks a really big deal. These are the the top professional elite guys getting ready to launch. They launch at 6 15. It is a beautiful morning for some fishing. This is philadelphias first ever major professional fishing tournament, the first ever. I think pittsburgh had within but this is first time it has been on the Delaware River in philadelphia and im hearing they are catching some big fish. These again are the top anglers in the country. This is the seventh stop on this, nine stop series, and there is a prize up for about a hundred thousand dollars. So these guys are after some big, money. The boats again casting off at 6 15 from here from the frankford armory and they will fish all morning long and then at 3 15 this afternoon they will all head to penns landing, as the great plaza for a weigh in. Heres how the competition goes. There are a hundred guys that entered initially and now it has been cut to about 50. You are looking at basically, the final cuts. These guys will head out and catch up to five fish they can catch and then it is based on the amount of the weight they weigh. Im hearing that this guys name is michael iconnellie from philadelphia and he is one of the top guys in the sport.
