These travelers are moving up toward the accident. So just heads up. If you are headed out there, especially moving in the southbound direction, give yourselves extra time or avoid it altogether. Philly Police Cruiser penned the suspects suv in port richmondment the female driver first led them on 2mile chase, that started in kensington. Police were just wrapped upping a traffic stop, when they say, the woman was driving the wrong way, down clearfield street. One of the officers fired at the woman, shattering the suvs windshield. But the driver just kept going, and went the wrong way down another one way street. Obviously, not using their heads, trying to get away. They know the vehicle is stolen, the officer dont know this. You can clearly see that the individual thats operating the vehicle, again, losing control coming around the curve here, again, lucky she not dead as a result.
