the fire is still ute 100 between shoemaker road and state street in upper pottsgrove township are back opened. it was shut down after a trash truck fire, last night. it was a road damage last night that location. >> federal authorities tell us that garcia is an illegal immigrant kicked out of the u.s.a. a year ago. police say a serial bank robber is behind bars this morning but it is how they breaking news, man and woman stabbed inside their philadelphia home. >> "eyewitness news" reporter nicole brewer joins us at that scene in olney. we heard you just spoke to police, what have you learned. >> reporter: ukee and erika, just a very bizarre situation at fourth and olney in the city where two people were stabbed. an 18 year-old neighbor was found hosing down the scene as well as a female victim unconscious at the time. let me step aside and show you where it all happen. that is the home of the two rick tim who lived in and clearly a horder situation involving several cats is what we're told by police. conditions so bad officials cannot tell whether a 71 year-old woman and 54 year-old man lived here as roommates were victims of the home invasion or a domestic dispute. we kwan tell you the woman suffered 15 stab wound from head to toe ape that man was stab twice in the torso. both were taken to einstein in extremely critical condition. once again we are told that female was unconscious when police arrived but male victim was able to give a general description of the suspect. one knife was found in plane view on the front walkway, they are not sure at this point who called 911 or not disclose ago this and several calls were made frantic calls we're told, officials obviously on the scene now interviewing neighbors and trying to get to the bottom of the situation but it will not be easy with the crime scene like this one, just several items pack in there, the same situation inside and also several cats. two people stab, one multiple times, both taken what prosecutors say she wanted her children to do. officer tameika gross is accused of up couraging her children to fight other teenagers in her neighborhood. in one case gross even punched a girl in weather out there later on today. at the moment it is just a muggy situation when you walk out the the door. we have a little bit of unshine initially but atmosphere is moistening up here all in advance of the actual cold front that we will track later in the day. while storm scan three may look empty there is a palpable moisture content. you can see heavier showers and thunderstorms off to the north and west. we are essentially in the clear to you for new but give it time, guys. these dew points will continue their climb throughout the course of the midday before the actual wet wet's lives. so with that said, it means that any showers and storms that come through could easily produce very heavy downpours. while it is not necessarily a severe weather situation there could be "eyewitness news" reporter jen bernstein joins us now at graterford bridge in perkiomen township with more on the new you report released later on today,. >> reporter: good morning, erika. interestingly, pennsylvania leads the the nation in structurally deficient bridges. right behind me is an example of one of those. this is graterford road bridge that spans perkiomen creek and you can see it is closed, recently because of structural detear racial. 3,000 drivers use it every day but not right now obviously. just one example, close to 500 structurally deficient bridges in the south east pennsylvania region this morning civil engineers released a report card for pennsylvania's infrastructure, they did 16 grades after a year long assessment. the grades, they are in the great. we have a d mine news roads, d plus in bridges, c mine news schools, we did get a b in parks and recreation. those are a few, but there were no a's in that report. it was done by american society of engineers which clearly shows that the state has a large challenge to improve and update its infrastructure. today there will be a press conference held in philadelphia to talk about the findings and give suggestions on what can be done to modernize the the state. that will be held at 11:00 a.m. as for graterford bridge here it will remain closed until there is a plan in place to either repair or meeting last night. parents, students protested a plan to layoff more than 200 teachers they fear layoffs bill of a negative impact on students. district is facing a 75 million-dollar budget short fall. a decision will be made tomorrow regarding name controversy at neshaminy high school. editorial board of the school newspaper wants to ban using the school mascot redskins in its stories but the school argued it is in the fair for students who have a different opinion. new policy recommended last night said school newspaper staff can keep the word out of news stories but it cannot he had it the word out of editorials. >> still have kept a part saying it should not be construed as a racial, ethnic slur relating to the school mascot which is still fairly ridiculous. >> our problem was
