this has happened with this attack such as that. >> last thursday, along stretch of beach in the same county, a 13 year old girl was also attacked by a shark. >> definitely surreal. like my gosh, i tends to stem back, before you even hit cottman, more so around academy. then lingering all the way down through to the vine street expressway, so, you will finds the heat of rush hour, out of the northeast that's for sure. once you make your way into delaware county, not awful. but if you are traveling in and around the area of the commodore barry bridge, we usually tends to have some traffic around there so just brace yourself for the usual stuff. as we take a look at 476 shot here around ridge pike, we had earlier accident on the shoulder. that is the move out of the way. blue route not awful just yet. all of the majors are wet. so things are going to be even slower than usual. take a look at the speed censors, not feeling the impact after rush just yet notice, still, a lot of the speed censors are in the 50's, but now traveling 18 being your average on 95 out of the northeast, and in new jersey, still in the green there. no major delays on the majors, itself. if you are storm moderate risk of lightning wind, not talking about tornado threat though this afternoon. temperatures, right now, 75 degrees, at the airport, 73 allentown, and 72 trenton so we take you hour by hour, as we head toward 7:00, 76 degrees, still with some rain around, 10:00 a.m., still some showers, driest part of your day will be mid-afternoon from 11:00 a.m. through about three, 4:00 p.m. by killing a dozen people but now it is not water that people are fearing but wild animals. flooding unleashed dangerous annex the i can animals around the corning happen capitol. that includes, wolfs the fire errupted from the ruptured pipeline in a rural community outside of san antonio, fire visible from 20 miles away, you can see those pictures, caught on cell phones, by several eyewitnesses no it landed in boise they popped the emergency exit after they saw what they thought was smoke outside the plane. turns out, it was just vapor from a fuel leak. few passengers jumped down into the morning the 500 block of 52nd street here in west philadelphia, remains off limits this morning, you can see behind me, that road closed sign. >> this will remain this way until affix can be put into place. the water is gone, but what is left behind is a lot of damage, down the street, there is huge hole down there and this damage was caused by broken main dating back to 1885. >> as the sun roast sunday morning, 52nd street at westminster avenue looked like storm had just passed through. water filling the streets and overwhelming cars. this however was the result of a 36-inch water main break at west philadelphia. >> crazy. i couldn't even get my thoughts together. when i woke up, it is crazy i couldn't believe it. >> tiara simpson asleep in her basement bedroom when the water started rushing into cars and in homes. crews were forced to wade through knee-deep water going door-to-door evacuating more than dozen people from this block. >> no injuries to civilians or to any fire department members. >> at times, the water level rose 3 feet high. and estimated 12 and a half million gallons from the main before it was capped easily destroying talia simpson's car. unfortunately for her, she just arrived from philly to georgia. >> her lights were on, my drunk opened. i had pictures i was bridging from georgia for family, all of that is like gone. >> the power of water on full a.m. starts to fizzle out. then by about ten 11:00 start to see breaks in the cloud cover, some sun peaking out another hot humid day. then the north and west suburbs get in on the action later this afternoon evening looks like the most likely spot for scattered thunderstorms, any every these could be locally strong or even severe. not everywhere. many spots stay completely dry. but, here's a approach the schuylkill expressway. if you are traveling on the vine, the incident here, right around the parkway. the majority of a compromise in the right-hand lane to ends shoulder, you will notice the truck being involved. penndot on the scene pushing traffic toward the left. so, if you are heading to the schuylkill expressway, stay in your left-hand lane, because the right lane is block again,
